Items tastes great and service is friendly. However, recently I was unhappy because of a clerical mistake made by the drive-thru service. I ordered 3 bagels, jalepeno pastry, and a coffee. Everything was given in a brown bag and told that I was good to go. However, after arriving home, I found jalapeno pastry missing and spoiled my wife's day.

This Tim Hortons establishment is awful, the management is rude to the employees and the customers. I go to the school across the street, and it seems the workers always have it out towards the students. They’re always rude to us specifically.There’s an older female worker, shoulder length blonde hair and glasses. It seems she’s always the one to be rude to anybody she can be. I feel bad for the staff and the customers.Furthermore, their stock is always low, their coffee is always cold. A bad experience altogether.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I’ve had to go back in multiple times within the last week because from food to drinks, my order has almost always been made wrong. You would think you’d be getting what you’re paying for, especially since prices have gone up. I always ask for 2 milk in my coffee, yet I rarely have it made the way I ask. If you’re looking to start off your day with a coffee made right, this location is not suggested. Never used to have this issue here, but recently has been worse than ever.

Ryan through the drive thru was THE BEST! We come to this Tim’s quite often. With the weather being awful their POS system was down. Ryan was such a great guy while everything was sorting itself out.

Easily the best Tim Hortons location on the Yonge, and possibly one of the best in the city. Very friendly, efficient service. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Would definitely return and will recommend to others.

On the evening of March 17 I ordered a cold beverage and it was served incorrectly. It was missing the syrup which result in a disappointing beverage. It’s so important that drive through orders are taken accurately and prepared with care. I ended up paying for something I couldn’t enjoy. Another disappointing visit at Tim Hortons.
