I've been here a few times and the service here has been consistently terrible. I would suggest going to the main street location as the staff there go above and beyond to make the experience great.

Really enjoyed my visit to Aesop Kitsilano! The staff are so knowledgeable about the products and really listened to my concerns. As well, I really appreciate their cleanliness and safety measures while we are in a pandemic. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Staff incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I honestly feel like the staff went above and beyond. They know the product and know what is best for the customer. Bought a fragrance, and happy very happy about my choice. Was expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Love AESOP usually but the staff guy here won't allow you to smell anything even if you are masked alone in the store and says you have to go outside to smell anything. Obviously doesn't understand protocols lol but a downer for shopping.

The stuff there is very friendly and good at customer service. Very good environment, makes me want to buy everything there! Love their body care line and hand wash stuff. Bought the rose body wash, love it! Love the package as well. Recommend their body wash, lotion, hand wash, lotion. I also tried the trail size sample for shampoo and conditioner not really a fan of it though. Over all good stuff but a bit pricy. By the way, you can always ask for samples if you wanna try anything.

Friendly and helpful staff. Each Aesop store is unique and different, and each store is worth visiting. Great products.

The staff here are incredibly rude and judgemental. On multiple occasions I have gone in here after walking my dog and have been met with curt “can I help you!” Assuming that because I am in rougher clothing I somehow can’t afford or shouldn’t be in this store. The staff at the other two locations are always polite and helpful. These people on 4th need a reality check.

Never been but could be pretty good

I have to give it to Aesop Kitsilano for the best customer service I have received in a very long time. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and offered to try their products. I asked for their hand creams and the worker showed me what they had in stock. After deciding on the citrus hand cream I told the worker it was going to be for my sister’s birthday present and the worker promptly offered to wrap it for me. I have to say that this lady went above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent customer service and I felt like I was treated exceptionally well. All in all, if you want to buy a premium hand cream and receive premium customer service, I would highly recommend visiting Aesop Kitsilano. Thank you to the lady who helped me. I wish I got your name haha
