- Dirty hotel- “due to covid” staff won’t clean the rooms, only changed the sheets weekly. No vacuum or else- Cockroaches in my shower every day- I stayed three weeks so I asked for a room clean, which staff never did- Food barely edible- and nice lady but other staff make you feel like you’re ruining their life if you ask anything.- Hotel front door is broken so you have to manually slide it every time, doesn’t look like it’s a concern for management.Only a smile would have helped a great way!

Run away fast!!! Esterhazy location was terrible. No breakfast even though they say they have continental breakfast. No fruit, juice or muffinsRooms were not cleaned properly. Cannot pay by debit. Why???

Best place ever. Clean, modern and the counter tops etc work for tall people. Amazing breakfast and the crew took a sandwich each to work compliments of the hotel. Last night we got in exhausted and there was a bbq cooked dinner waiting for us. Such a great place I'm worried we will never get a chance to book a room again it will be so full. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. So hard to find these days.

Absolute treat to stay here! Complimentary breakfast AND Supper, even sandwiches to take for lunch. Food was excellent and every day of the week something different. Rooms were nice and clean. Wifi was excellent as well. If you are staying in or around Esterhazy this is the place to go!

This is a nice place to stay in the Esterhazy kind of remote town. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and supper option available. Chef Victor cooks very delicious food every day. And I think It's not fair to compare the services of city hotels to remote town hotels. Overall, it was a good experience. There is nothing to complain about. I would recommend this place.

Absolutely flawless Hotel !! The staff is incredibly welcoming and really take of you during your entire stay, right up to and including your checkout. Included with your stay is a complimentary hot breakfast, sandwiches & snacks for lunch and the best part is the included hot meal for dinner each night. Big king size beds in each room that are very easy to fall asleep in because of how comfortable they are. Overall, not a single thing i would want to change about this hotel. Just many great experiences!

Very pleased, and quite surprised with the building. I was in Esterhazy for work and the Canalta had no vacancy, so I was forced to stay somewhere else. I did not suspect I would be glad this happened.The room was very nice and clean, the pressure on the shower was high. How refreshing for a hotel shower.Most hotels have a free complimentary breakfast. Western Star has breakfast, lunch, and a hot supper available. For free. Unheard of, and the pork chops were great. Thanks for the memorable stay Western Star!

Beds are comfy, kitchenette is very useful, the breakfast snacks are appreciated and when I did interact with the front desk they were very nice.However, can you please fix the front doors that have been broken forever?!The maids don't vacuum, barely make the bed and I had to clean the bugs off of the bathroom floor myselfThe shower head is a joke and if you have long hair good luck getting the shampoo outI never saw anybody ever working the front desk, I had to call if I needed service.
