I went in with a free lb of wing and fries coupon and the manager would not honor it even though there was bo expiration date. Then when my order did arrive my wings were burnt.

We visited this St. Louis pretty close to last call, and the service was fantastic. The server took the time to make recommendations, tell us a little about herself and the restaurant. It was a great experience! The food was amazing, we loved the pizza sticks we got, they were a recommendation of the server and we loved it. The wings were great and the restaurant was clean and cozy.

It used to be our to go place and we loved it. However, after yesterday’s visit I cannot recommend Bradford St Louis to anyone. The food was horrible. The cauliflower we ordered looked like a leftover, the calamari and french fries were super oily to the point that the oil was dripping on the table. Both my husband and I had stomach ache after having a dinner at the restaurant.

Obviously good food but instructions for delivery are never fulfilled. Go into this location to eat rather than using a 3rd party service like Uber Eats to get what you’d like.

We got to the place at 230. The waitress came for our drink order at 245 and then came back at 250 to deliver the drinks and take our order. We placed our order then and she came back at 3:02 saying that it was after 3 when she punched the meal in so we would be charged dinner prices. We said but we ordered before 3… she said nothing we can do! Want me to cancel the order? She didn’t even give us time to respond and turn around and said I’ll cancel the order and rudely walked away. On our way out she said so loudly and rudely have a great day! It’s no wonder this place gets horrible reviews and is never busy! The staff are rude and don’t care about the people who eat there. I would love the opportunity to speak with the owner of the store as there needs to be training on customer service.

We met at the restaurant because it was a convenient location, half way to “up north”. To be honest, our expectations were low, but we were really surprised. Everyone found something that they really enjoyed, and the service was excellent. We also found the prices were fair for the size of the meals. We will definitely be back.

Sunday evening supper was great. I had 2 pounds of wings and my wife had the quesadillas. The wings were meaty and tasty. My wife enjoyed her quesadillas, although she felt the wings were a better choice. Service was fast and friendly. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

Been here twice. On my first visit, the wings were dry AF and the fries were stale. Gave this place a second chance - wings were still dry and the fries were scraps. If I was homeless. and they offered me free wings and fries, I would pass on the offer. I would rather starve to death than eat at this location again.

Great place,love the ambience. Friendly staff. Took a hungry family, food delivered on time. We had the cauliflower fries , calamari & onion rings, was yum!!!Kids were busy with the games in the kids menu and had the chicken tenders which they enjoyed. The manager was really nice, paid special attention to our hungry munchkins.Special call out for the wings and the All canadian burger, delicious!!!
