Lovely selection of toys for kids and a neat store but I wish they had wider varieties of baby carriers, including other newborn needs

The one staff member I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. They did not have any of the items I was looking for though.

Stephanie was the best! I went in there having no clue what I’m looking for when it comes to literally anything to do with strollers or breast pumps and she went through it all with me. Made things easy.

I went to the polo park location to get a car seat for our baby and the people there were incredibly helpful and indicated they were willing to price match Walmart for it however they didn't have the car seat we wanted in the color my wife was looking for so they offered to place a hold for it at this location, well I went to go there today and pick it up and I talked to two people, one of which was quite rude and she said she would not honour the price match initially offered at the polo park location before storming off.This was a colossal waste of time and I can't believe the kind of customer service I received here. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location besides this one.EDIT: I received a phone call from Jevon at this location who attempted to try and resolve this issue. Company policy dictates that even if it's just the color that is different they cannot do a price match which is fair. Though it's entirely possible to say no without being rude as demonstrated today by Jevon. My complaint for the customer service at this location still stands and hopefully this location will put some work in to ensure that their staff will provide a satisfactory customer service experience to their customers going forward. Honestly, it's still probably better to go to a different location unless things greatly improve here which I personally can't see happening overnight. I did appreciate the effort put in by Jevon and I'm sorry we weren't able to resolve things and that we had to talk under these circumstances, too bad I didn't receive this kind of customer service initially. I have changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars. We will be buying our car seat elsewhere, our gift cards will remain unused, and we won't be coming back to this location any time soon.

I ordered a product from this store. They shipped it to my home that is hours away only to send me running around looking for it and sent an item of lesser value and not the item purchased. Then told me to drive with my baby to the regent location in a pandemic to pick up the right product!! Very dissatisfied.
