From design to completion we couldn’t have better things to say about the amazing team at Duncan Harwood!!! They were so professional and seeing Matt’s design come to life was so fun!! The before and afters still blow me away! Feeling like we live in a spa now!!

My wife and I contracted Duncan Harwood to fully finish our unfinished basement. And from the the time of the initial quote to the final walk through, we couldn't have been any more happy! Matt and his crew were fantastic to deal with and made every aspect of our vision come to life! They were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and down to earth. Matt worked with us to create a space that is functional, stunning and within the budget we had in mind. Everyone that sees the space is blown away by how nice it looks, and so are we.We have an incredibly crazy busy household with 3 small children under 2 years old. The crew always did their utmost to keep doors closed and always kept an eye out while bringing supplies and materials in, to make sure none of the little ones were running through their path etc. We appreciated that beyond words. Overall it was an excellent experience having them complete our project.I know who we're calling for our next renovation, and you should too...You won't be disappointed.(Thanks again Matt, Lucas and Kevin, the kids absolutely love their new space!!!)

My husband and I hired Matt and his team to renovate our basement and kitchen. Immediately we found Matt to be approachable and easy to talk to. During our initial consultation, Matt took into consideration all of our visions and gave us feedback if he felt it would not work, which was nice.Renovations, and having people in and out of your house, is never easy. Matt, and 2 of his workers (Kevin and Lucas) were in our house almost everyday. They made the whole process as easy as it could be. Kevin and Lucas were very respectable of our house and even made friends with our dogs. This was especially nice for myself as I am a night shift worker, and frequently sleep through the day.The quality of their work was excellent. We had a few custom work finishes done, including banquet seating, a live edge bar, and live edge shelving which all turned out amazing, and we've had many people comment on how great the final product is. We also had an electric fireplace installed in our basement with faux brick to create the look of a real fireplace, with a live edge mantel, which we absolutely love!As with any renovation, I would expect a few hiccups along the way, which involved a couple minor time delays. But I would expect this from ANY company doing home renovations.I have heard many horror stories throughout the years about contractors costing too much, not finishing the job, requesting more money than initially quoted, or doing a horrible job. This was definitely NOT the case with Matt and his team. You will never see their unfinished work on 'Holmes on Homes'. And I have had neighbors ask for his contact information to get their renovation started. Everything was done completely, and with excellent quality. And the price was VERY reasonable. Matt even warned us if something we had chosen, or added during the process, was going to cost extra.All in all, we are very happy with the final product, and would definitely recommend Duncan Harwood for your next renovation.

Matt and his team were the best! Matt kept me posted along the way, always consulted me, made great suggestions and had creative solutions. My bathroom transformation is incredible. Matt, Kevin and Lucas....thank you. Highly recommend this company!
