I was looking for a dentist near my home and found this office. I was in desperate need of cleaning and also repairing my broken tooth. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Dr. Soo was extremely knowledgeable and right to the point. She completely understood what am I looking for. She did an amazing job with my broken tooth, and completely eased my anxiety. I will be looking forward to go back for further treatments. Additionally, everyone else in the office is super nice and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish! It was my first dental visit in many years, all the staff were kind, welcoming and non-judgmental and made it stress-free. Angela did an exceptional job with my cleaning, she explained clearly what she was doing at all times, what was going to happen next and even gave me helpful advice. All of the staff were very professional, the environment was modern, super hygienic yet comfortable, it reminded me a lot of a medical clinic. Even before my visit I got text messages reminding me of my visit and the staff were able to tell me exactly how much of my visit was covered by my dental insurance plan, which was also reassuring for me. By the end of my first visit, Dr. Soo made a plan for my next appointment based on the examination. I had some questions about the treatment plan which were quickly answered by staff, who also reached out to me afterwards saying there was an overpayment which would be applied to my next visit, so I thought the follow up to my first visit was also excellent. All in all based on my first visit and the follow up I highly recommend Alta, they removed a lot of the anxieties of going to the dentist again after a long time with their thoughtful and professional service. Called in to book for the first time. Receptionist was friendly. Love that they give text reminders and updates about appointments and that they are transparent and upfront with cost breakdowns before and after insurance before your appointment with the dentist starts. Once there, everyone was professional and friendly and they take pictures of your teeth too for referencing during consultation which is a cool feature of this place. They also have screens on the ceilings for you to watch shows while your teeth are being worked on! Really happy so far :)

The dentist was wonderful but the receptionists really pressure you to make appointments so they can use up all your insurance. It didn't feel like they cared about my dental health but rather a business. I kept telling them I need to check my schedule but they kept hammering me to make another appointment. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

Everyone at Alta Dental genuinely cares about the patient’s well being. They are great at communicating and always explain everything well - from procedures down to billing. This is my first dentist in many years that I am happy to go back to. Special shout out to Dr. Andrea Soo who is amazing, kind, gentle and an all round lovely human.

I was very satisfied with the services, no matter from reception to how everything was clearly explained, and how carefully the work was done, to the actual teeth cleaning. No pain at all. Irene was very gentle. Will def return and recommend.

When I first found Alta on Google, I was skeptical about them not having ANY bad reviews.... But after my visit, I now know why.First, they really try to respect your availability - the lady Maya tried her best to give me a Saturday spot which is very popular. So I don't have to schedule a day off during the week to come.Second - the though roughness of all services. They speak to you as they go.Last but not least - they don't try to upsell" you. This is enough said.I highly recommend."

I have been wearing partial dentures for years until recently I have them replaced with dental implant. It is a wonderful experience as I no longer need to clean the dentures every night and/or after eating each time if foods get stuck in between. I highly recommend that people choose implants instead of partial dentures for comfort, convenience and better look. Dr. Jason Liu is my dentist and has made the whole process almost painless and very smooth. Very professional work. I hereby commend Dr. Liu for the job well done.
