Great team at the counter - Kelly and Tanya are always fun, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Zielonka has been fantastic over the years; from adjustments to orthotics, he is always looking out for your best interest and listens to your concerns. I couldn't think of a better team to take care of my health.

There are so many awful reviews on here but honestly this place was much better than the last place I've been to. Yes going to a professional body smoosher is expensive but you really need to pay attention to every detail if you are concerned about your health. In comparison I was paying roughly the same amount at my last chiropractor and they didn't provide the attention and care that I received here. Dr. Z has been helping me recover and relieving my pain. If you're not convinced, up front the consultation may be a bit expensive but you get a clear picture of how your health is and what they can do to fix it with bonuses to decrease the cost if it's available.

I was visiting Ottawa and had a case of lower back pain after the flight. As I fellow chiropractor I am very particular on who I will let treat me. I found Dr. Zielonka at the Ottawa Chiropractic and Natural Health Centre via referral from a friend of mine and couldn't have been happier. He is certainly one of the top chiropractors in Ottawa. I was able to get a same day appointment and was very impressed with him and his staff. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in the Ottawa area.

After 10 years of unnecessary suffering, Dr. Zielonka was the first doctor to do an exam so thorough that he actually got to the underlying cause of my problem and fixed it. Incredibly knowledgeable on all health matters and actually does what he says. Staff are great as well and never kept waiting. Loved his Christmas Toy Drive as well. I and my family highly recommend him.

Stay away, this place is a scam.Dr.Z billed me $3000 for 3 months of treatment on an injury that only takes 2 weeks to fix and costs less than $200.You'll get a sense of Dr.Z's shady behaviour just by reading any of the other 1 star reviews. He removes most negative reviews by reporting them to google as inappropriate" or "dishonest"

First off let me start by saying that I have always been skeptical of receiving chiropractic care. My wife finally convinced me to come and see Dr.Z ( she has been a patient for years) and let me tell you my friends that he knows what he is doing here, he will customize a plan specifically tailored to your needs and well being. He and the staff are very professional,knowledgeable and make you feel at ease . As much as it pains me to admit it but my wife was right, should have listened much sooner.... Thank you DR.Z!

Before I chose to come into Dr. Z's office, I went online to check out reviews on chiropractors in downtown Ottawa where I work. There were so many options and locations, but what drew me to Dr. Z is the many outstanding reviews from his current and previous patients. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Z took his time during my first visit to explain all of the options and health options that are available. I was amazed by his level of knowledge and experience. I have been visiting Dr. Z since October 2016. Thank you for the amazing care, much appreciated!

I have been going to chiropractors off and on for my entire life and Dr Zielonka is certainly one of the best. He always has time to answer any extra questions I have and his office staff is friendly, courteous and always super helpful. When I first went to see him I was a little nervous that I would be preached at about his natural health ideologies, but Dr. Zielonka is not at all pushy or preachy, and only ever brings the topic up if I ask a question that is directly related.I highly recommend him to anyone that is struggling with neck or back pain, is tired of just managing the symptoms and wants a real solution.

Was visiting this beautiful town and woke up with a pain in my neck from the hotel pillow. The concierge recommended Dr John at Ottawa Chiropractic and boy am I glad he did! I know most people may not feel amazing after one visit but I am 100 percent pain free. This doctor worked a miracle on my neck! I can not imagine having to spend the rest of my trip in pain not to mention that flight home!
