Midnight Music Professional DJ Service, Ottawa

I would highly recommend Midnight Music and DJ Jamie C. We had a multicultural wedding and it was important to us to have a DJ that could integrate bollywood music into the night and play songs based on the crowd and Jamie did not disappoint! We also had a situation with our photographer where they did not show up on time and Jamie set-up our the Photo Booth early to capture as many memories as possible without us even knowing. That little act of kindness meant so much to us on a day that ended up being much more stressful than it should have been.

Jamie C was the DJ of our wedding this past Sunday at the Chateau Laurier and he was truly INCREDIBLE!! He took the time to meet with us and carefully pick out all the music for the reception, and he created the BEST playlists to support our preferred genres. He was so kind, passionate and understanding throughout the whole planning process. Jamie also brought his photobooth and my guests had such a blast taking pictures - and now have a wonderful memory from the evening. The night was absolutely spectacular and we have him to thank for it!!

As a Wedding Planner I highly recommend Midnight Music. I love working with Jamie Cronk the owner but all the DJs that work with him are also amazing. There is a very high level of attention to detail which is so important to me as a planner. From the look and placement of the speakers to the lighting and even the look of their DJ booth, it all matters! My events team recently had the pleasure of working with Midnight Music as a third party AV vendor for our annual work gala of 500+ attendees. First off, their rates were much more in line with our budget, but that was only the beginning. When we started working with them, they were very professional, accommodating and attentive to our needs. We were really on the hunt for AV services but not having to secure a DJ as well was a wonderful added bonus, and they were perfect! We even challenged them with an unexpected add-on at the last minute and they made it work, flawlessly. The event was a huge success, and we will certainly use Midnight Music again and again.

If you are planning your wedding, you HAVE to hire Jamie as your DJ. He is talented, super knowledgeable, knows how to make your crowd dance all night (trust me!) and SUCH a sweetheart. He was patient, gave us advices/suggestions, was very present and made everything go smoothly from the minute he stepped in. THANK YOU JAMIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are the best :)

Incredible experience with Midnight Music for our wedding. Our DJ was spot on with every little detail, all of our timings, he was communicative, respectful, and brought awesome energy to our event. His announcements were exactly what we had asked for, the sound was great, and the set up/take down was done without stressing us AT ALL. Would definitely recommend!The planning and event details with DJ Jamie was also a breeze. The online portal is super helpful, although sometimes the formatting is difficult when filling in planning forms. Thank you so much!

We were married August 20, 2022 and Jamie C was our DJ. Prior to the wedding, Jamie was quick to respond and lovely to work with. The Midnight Music platform was very detailed and easy to use.Most importantly though, Jamie was stellar at our wedding. All I wanted was an amazing dance party, and did he ever deliver! Jamie figured out our crowd's taste perfectly. Even people who normally don't dance were on the dance floor the entire night!We could have not asked for a better DJ. We highly recommend Jamie and Midnight Music!

Jamie was amazing and easy to work with! He was so professional and so kind. He was always there to answers our questions. He made our wedding so awesome from the start to the end. The guests and us had a blast on the dance floor. We were hopping!!! We also recommend the photo booth! We all loved it and we got some many great memories from it. A day and night to remember :)

I cannot recommend Midnight Music enough! Jamie was excellent to work with planning ahead of our wedding and our DJ Luc was a lovely MC and kept everyone on the dancefloor non stop. We all had so much fun!

This review is long past due but here it is.My wife and I got married three years ago and to this day we still rave about how amazing our DJ was and how much of an impact he made in making our day special!We hired Midnight Music for our wedding because from the first time we met Jamie we knew he would provide us with a great experience and man did he deliver! I am very picky about music and I love to dance. DJ Jamie kept myself and our guests on the dance floor until the venue kicked us out!We highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a truly spectacular experience and we can't wait until we have an event that we need to hire a DJ for!
