I was riding by and having some difficulty with my bike, so stopped in to make an appointment. The gentleman that helped me was so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed what was wrong and noticed another problem and helped me with that. I would recommend this place to any cyclist for repairs or purchase. Great place. Thank you!!!

I bought an e-bike here when I was on holiday. The guys at the store went out of their way to be helpful. Great at making sure bike was sized right, keeping in touch and were incredibly helpful with packing the bike up and shipping. Thanks in particular to Mitch. 5 out of 5 stars

Exceptional expertise and service! From the moment I've walked into this store, each time, I've had an incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring staff member supporting me, who has had my best interests in mind while making sure I find and leave happily with exactly the cycling gear I need. When I bought my helmet, the associate knew of and showed me third-party research so that I could make my decision based on his careful support with helmet fit, the university research stats, and his own knowledge of helmet concussion-reduction realities. Then, when I was looking for my first pair of shoes for my new pedals, another associate helped me to understand the best fit for me while searching online to find the best options available asap, since the pandemic impacted stock and available sizes. While he searched, another associate equally helpfully stepped in to support making sure we tried all options so I could be sure I was leaving with the best shoes for me and they definitely did. I'm beyond excited by the comfort, performance (and style - baby blue is the bomb!), and impact the shoes and pedals have had on my rides. I'm grateful for, and rave and recommend the Trek store to everyone based on my exceptional experiences here! When I upgrade my bike, this will be my go-to store based on these outstanding experiences!

Absolutely great service from a great bunch of guys!Went to get get some small adjustments made to a new bike I had recently purchased which they did no problem and very quickly. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the shop I had a crash due to a defective part from the manufacturer (not fitted by the guys at the shop) so took my bike straight back to them for some repairs. Despite it not being their fault at all, they replaced the defective part and a few others that had been damaged in the crash completely free of charge!Cannot recommend these guys enough, absolutely brilliant service and will certainly be going back to them for any future work or bike-related purchases I need!

Went in to get my fork and brake overhauled and was told by the guy at the desk it was up to a month but he brought me over to the head tech and he said I was looking at about a week since they will send my fork to sram and service my brake in house! Shout out to Arron for listening to me when I stated I wanted my fork travel changed and my whole hose changed on my brake and not just trimming the hose to remove the damaged part (I have dot fluid brakes which will eat the liner over time and that hose was over a decade old since I just got the bike on a trade) I would Recommend this shop to anyone who knows how to work on their bike but doesn’t have the means to do the big stuff. If you need a basic tune up there’s lots of shops for that in town w a faster turn around but I would definitely recommend them for any major services

Incredible service! I am new to cycling, and I don't know much about bicycles yet. I was at the store for almost 2 hours, as every inner tube I bought kept popping due to my own error. The employees were incredibly patient and helpful. They ended up taking my bicycle into the shop and fixing it up for me.The way I was treated will certainly make me return for all my cycling needs.

To the staff that helped me with a broken crank arm last night and instead of just tightening the arm lile i asked, diagnosed the problem and found me an amazing fix. This is amazing customer service. I'll be back tonight after work to drop off payment.This is way above and beyond.

Had a really good experience today at the GoByBike week tune up station! I had a flat tire and the volunteer from trek replaced my tire tube and walked me through every step! Super patient and kind guy! Thanks again! Learned so much today!

I knew from the minute we planned our trip to Victoria that I had to visit the Trek store. As a Trek owner I though it would be a good place to come and pick up some Trek branded shirts etc. Unfortunately they didn’t have any of this stuff in store. They said they were still waiting for their shipment if this years goodies.They had a decent selection of bikes though so if you’re in the market for hard good this is a good place to start.
