Totally unprofessional.Do your self a favour, don’t do any business with them.Placed an order for a game board to Daniyal in Start of Feb and deposit the advance and as per him, I suppose to get the order after 3-4 weeks BUT till date I haven’t received my order. Neither he responds to his call nor he refunds the money.Totally unprofessional.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. First off we contacted Critter Junction 4 weeks prior to my son's birthday and requested their services with specific animals. Everything was ok, they confirmed and we were set... or so we thought. My wife kept emailing and making sure that everything is ok, 3 days prior they said we are goog, the day before all was ok even the morning of they asked for our address so we were getting ready for the party. 30 minutes prior to their arrival we get a call and a lady told us that her partner is having car troubles and that the time we requested can no longer be honored. The lady even told us that she would come and do the show after she was done with the one she was doing which was 2 hours away. At the point we suggested that maybe they should rent a car or van and come as we had 20 kids waiting. This company is very very unproffesional leaving us high and dry without a show. Trust me do yourself a favour and pay a bit more and get a proper company to do your party. Stay away from Critter Junction

The owners of this company, Krysta and Daniyal Shaikh, locked their family pet, a dog named Charlie, in their car yesterday (July 3rd 2018) while they went shopping in Hanover, On. They fled the scene before Hanover Police Services arrived. They should not have any animals in their care and should be shut down.

Amazing show !! The kids had a blast !! Daniyal is very professional on time and v interactive show with kids .

My children and I were out celebrating shabbat when we noticed to geese in stress just hatching eggs. My children were upset and depended on me to solve this......I called the city of brampton but they took no action....thank God for Daniel and his crew right away they responded to the situation with equipment and staff...shalom Daniel and good luck to you and your business.

I would definitely recommend this show for your parties !! These guys are amazing with their animals and are extremely knowledgeable!! Overall great experience and the kids really have a blast!!! Thanks so much guys ! Definitely going to have back next year.

I believe in giving credit where it’s due, and the team at Critter Junction deserves it!I booked Critter Junction for my niece’s 9th birthday party. We had about 15 kids attend, as well as their parents.The team was professional from the start. They were very responsive to my dozens of inquiries, highly patient and well-educated. You can tell there is a genuine love and appreciation of animals and their wellbeing, and that they want to share their knowledge with others. On the day of the party, they were well before their expected time to ensure they had time for a successful set-up and to get to know the birthday girl and myself!I am not much of an animal person, but my niece loves animals. I was scared that the animals would be wild and rowdy around the children, but I was impressed at how tame all of the animals were (especially given how noisy the children were being and how many people were in the room).One thing I really appreciated about Critter Junctions was that they allowed the children to touch and hold the animals. I tried phoning about 4 other companies who all would not allow this, but Critter Junction had no problem with this. In fact, it was even encouraged! The children really seemed to love this! They were even able to feed the snakes, which was scary for me but a pleasure to see the smile on the children’s (and the parent’s!) faces.They also took their time in explaining the animals quite well in an easy to follow way for the children. They educated us all on where the animals can be found, their mating patterns, eating habits, and how to care for them.As well, I found the pricing to be very affordable. In fact, it was quite a steal really! I wanted six animals at the party, and when I called around I was being quoted $300+. But with Critter Junctions, I was able to get six animals for only $120! Highly impressed at a savings of over 50% compared to their competitors.If anyone is interested in knowing what animals we chose: Bearded Dragon, Green Cheek Conure, Burmese Python, Crested Geckos, Sulcata Tortoise, and Bull Snake.I would highly recommend Critter Junctions, and will definitely be using them again in the future! I didn’t regret, and neither will you!!

I informed a friend of mine for her daughter's birthday party about Critter Junction. They were super friendly to all the kids and very informative with the interactions with the kids and the animals. I would highly recommend Critter Junction for a fun interesting type of party. The kids and the adults that stuck around both enjoyed the show.

Just wrapped my sons 3rd birthday tonight they were fantastic. We had for a package with 8 animals they brought over 10 didn’t charge extra or even bring it up. They were very knowledgeable about the animals and very professional. They were super patient as most of the children in our party were very young and not being gentle with the animals. Our friends and family were talking about the show the whole time. Even their packing and unpacking of the animals was very neat and in an orderly fashion. Anytime I communicated with them they were very prompt in answering back. Would definitely recommend and book again.
