I was driving to Kelowna when my car rattle got really loud and Apex came up as highly rated when I searched. They deserve the 5 star rating! On a very busy day, they took the time to take a look and put my mind at ease for the remainder of my holiday. Thanks so much everyone!

Our vehicle broke down on Highway 1 between Trail and Golden, we had it towed to Apex Auto as they had the best reviews in Golden. We didn't end up choosing to get our vehicle repaired in Golden but instead decided we would rent a U-Haul vehicle hauler and tow the vehicle back to Alberta where we live. As our vehicle didn't run, we were not sure how we would get it loaded onto the trailer, but when I mentioned this to the team at Apex, they quickly said they would find a way to help and when we showed up with the trailer, they were able to load it on for us in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge us a dime, despite us not having any mechanical repairs done at their shop. While I hope to never have a vehicle break down in the area again, if it happens they will for sure be getting my business. Thanks again for all your help!

My truck broke down during a road trip, and they got my truck fixed as quickly as they could so I could get it back home. Everyone was great to deal with. Definitely would recommend other to use them.

I’m the owner of Q Campervans and one of my rental vans had a few problems near lake Louise. Despite being busy, they worked with me to get the van in the shop the next morning and were very helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problems. Communication was great, given I am in Vancouver. Next time any of my Campervans are in the area and need some work done, APEX is going to be my first call! Thank you very much Chantelle and Jay! (there was others, but I didn’t catch their names)

Great place to take your car! I had an exhaust leak that was getting louder as I drove across B.C. from Vancouver. Super friendly, took me right in. It was a flex pipe and they had them in stock. Fixed and on the road in less than 2 hours. Thanks Chris!

Our son’s truck broke down while driving from Canmore to Squamish and had to get it towed to the nearest garage which thankfully was Apex Auto Center in Golden. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help our son and us out. We were unable to pick the truck up for one month after the repair. They were so patient and never made us feel rushed to pick it up or to pay the bill. Golden is lucky to have Apex in their community.

The folks at Apex are amazing, I was traveling back to Winnipeg when both my headlights went. They went out of their way to get me back on the road in a few hours with a fully booked shop.I am incredibly grateful and this is the only place you need to look in Golden!

Very disappointing service.Our van had a few things needing replacement and a tune up to be ready for summer adventures, so we booked it in for an inspection in order to get a quote.We received the van back with a list of what they looked at and a charge for the inspection, but no quote for what needed to be done in future.After 2 weeks of calling and visiting in person, they said that they had the quote and would send it immediately...and then didn't, we went back again in person.Turns out the mechanic still hadn't finished the quote. They said some parts were unavailable and that's why it wasn't finished.We asked for a refund on the inspection as we want our van fixed immediately and if we couldn't receive a quote, there was no need for an inspection.They said it's non-refundable and offered to still complete what they could on the quote with parts available.Again, it has been more than 2 weeks and no word from them.A customer should not have to chase after information like this. It's been almost 2 months now, we are out of pocket for an inspection, and still have no leads on getting our van fixed.If they had been upfront and communicated better we may still have gotten the work done with them. However this just shows they are unreliable and wasting our time.

There is no better place in Golden for all your automotive repair and maintenance needs! Very highly skilled and top level Master mechanics, and Chantelle in administration/booking/reception keeps everything running smooth and on track. Love bringing all my vehicles here!
