Unfortunately, I can only echo the comments of others here. Communication is non-existent. If you are lucky enough to get and keep one of the better PSWs, things are tolerable. Otherwise, people show up, without notice, at wildly divergent times and have no clue what they are supposed to do!

It's like a game show of sorts. If you are incredibly fortunate, you have a nurse that knows what they are doing. Completely awesome. They understand the wound's need, provide great care. However, about 50% of the time (including those charged with training new staff), they seemingly don't care. Probably good that you changed the name from We Care..." as these folks evidently...don't. And that they have reached a position where they train others -- doesn't say a whole lot about your quality management and/or supervision of your staff."

Visited my uncle while his CBI nurse was visiting. His wife had to request that the nurse wash her hands which she did but did not when she returned 40 minutes later to finish the treatment. Also she did not give her name or wear a name badge. Care was good but washing hands is very basic!

Not a very good company If your healthcare provider doesn't show up for their apt. to take care of you or your home or goes on vacation for their apt. the company does not inform you your waiting and waiting and no one shows up the company does not inform you at all They do not call you to tell you no one is showing up unless you call in and say something and they still don't help you......very sad when you have an apt. and no one shows up and the company does not call you to tell you no one is showing up
