I love Hayden Fit! Everything you need for a great workout is there; quality equipment, plentiful weights, challenging programming, competent coaches, etc. All you have to do is get there. The coaches are professional and the other members are friendly and inviting. You can start at any level and get a great workout.

Incredible family like atmosphere. Every single member welcomes newcomers and push each other! Coach Jen is super in tune with every single member, meets you where you are at, pushes you to reach your goals. Personally struggling to make it to classes with a busy lifestyle, instead of just letting me go, Jen reached out with a solution for me. We aren’t just another member, we are treated like family! Can’t say enough about this place!

Great place to participate in group classes, but still get individual attention and modifications that work for you. The coaches are there every step. It’s tough, but very worth it. You walk away feeling accomplished.

Hayden Fit -CrossFit RHK has been such an integral part of my overall health and wellness. I have found a community of people who support and encourage me in good days and bad. I have not only become stronger or feel better physically but mentally as well! I never feel like I am any less than any one else and I can do everything even if it has to be modified at times.
