Pets Galore

We went in looking for dog food and the service that we received was great, not only are the owner and her staff very nice and friendly but they were both very knowledgeable. Definitely will be doing a lot more shopping there from now on.

What a joke! The store owner who is also the groomer has absolutely NO training to groom dogs. She did a horrible job! The hair was chopped off in numerous blunt horizontal snips and there were numerous uncut long hairs. The nails were still long. I wasted $65 for a botched haircut. I DO NOT recommend taking your pet here to get groomed! This butcher shop rates 0 stars!

We had a horrible experience at this spa for pets . We brought two dogs , one a small 2 year old poodle and another 3 year Bernadoodle . The owner messed up both their cuts , our 2 year old poodle looked 10 years old as he was shaved him down which was not the instructions. Our Bernadoodle left spa with still matted hair , neither was bathed . Upon arriving at home we noticed blood in back seat , our Bernadoodle’s leg was bleeding and a quarter size chunk of his leg was taken out above the knee joint . We phoned owner expressing our concern on two fronts 1) you cut our dog 2) you did not inform us . Her response was if you do not like it do not come back . Generally do not write bad reviews as people/humans often make mistakes, her response was disrespectful and hurtful. Hopefully she does not hurt any other animals .

Lovely store. Has a wide variety of pet food and needs. Bought the sweetest Guinea pig here. :) Friendly helpful staff.
