Kingswood Cabinets

The overall build quality of the cabinets are below average. The depth of the uppers is two shallow and the shelves cannot be removed without first removing the cabinet doors.One of our spice cabinets only came with two racks despite being clearly designed for three. Efforts to obtain the rack we given the response that it only comes with two and they don't sell accessories. I then asked for a contact with their supplier so that I could complete the unit.Instead of helping they choose to stop communicating. Feels like they don't really care about their customers.I've had custom cabinets from different supplier in the past, the build quality was much higher. I only used these guys because they were selected by my builder. If I ever build again I will insist that Kingswood not be involved.

Poor quality - we had our possession only 3 months ago and the color is already chipping off. Underdrawer shelf was broken since the beginning and after 3 months they still didn't have time to fix it. I will never choose this company if needed cabinets again! Unfortunately this was our builder choice. Horrible quality, expensive and poor, not responsive service.

I would like to give shoutout to Michelle who helped me design cabinets for my new home. She was professional , accurate and detailed regarding the price and why there is a increase (if any) , which I appreciate a lot because I have had bad experience with other suppliers when it came to honesty in terms of pricing.Talented interior designer. Overall a really good experience and would suggest Kingswoods cabinets overall for all the cabinet needs. Cheers :)

We were forced to use Kingswood as our builder switched to them half way through our build, and our only option at the time was to pick the colour. Looking at the construction I had some concerns due to the the door faces being nothing but painted MDF. Needless to say 5 years later the faces have held up worse than Ikea cabinets. Because the edges are soft raw MDF anytime an item shifts in your drawer it poses the risk of chipping or denting the door face. Needless to say, after 5 years our pot and pan door and utility drawers are in need of replacement they are so damaged. For the money you are going spend on kitchen cabinets I would look elsewhere. Even our ikea kitchens have weather kids and regular abuse better than these.

We considered Kingswood cabinets for our kitchen and bathroom fixtures and had a pleasant experience with Ms Avani Pandya and her team. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful, while giving me a great welcome to their offices. Moreover, they offered different insights and advice on our kitchen layout without being pushy nor hasty.So, I will give another update (and hope we can give this a 5 star if everything checks out) after the cabinets are installed and hope it's as good as in the showroom where it looked of great workmanship, quality and craft. Well, let's see in a few months, but so far, it was an enriching customer experience.

Kingswood was the company used by our builder. It took a lot of follow up for us to have a complete" cabinet system. We we missing drawers and pulls

Me and my wife purchased our first home and we’re very happy to be picking out all the details. When it came to cupboards our builder was using kings wood cabinets. We actually paid to upgrade to their shaker cupboard (top of the line from our builder) hoping it would withstand everyday use better. It’s been fading really fast, it’s actually chipped off of one panel and they didn’t even come fully finished to begin with… a lot have white seems running through the crevasses. It’s very unappealing in our black cupboards. The best part is I reached out almost a year ago to get it fixed while my new house was still on warranty and all I got back was sorry we’re not taking on new projects… it’s been a terrible experience from kings wood cabinets and there staff.
