Très mauvais service après vente. Ne respecte pas la garantie de 2 ans du manufacturier. J'ai obtenu l'aide d'un autre concessionnaire (Roulotte A.S. Lévesque de Châteauguay) afin de remplacer mon air climatisé GE défectueux et qui était encore sous garantie. C'est Keystone qui m'a suggéré cette démarche! Je pourrais en dire plus, mais je m'arrête là.... Toutefois je garde un bon souvenir de la transaction effectuée avec le vendeur Éric Bernard. Il a quitté cette entreprise quelques semaines après l'achat de ma roulotte en 2021 et mes problèmes avec le personnel de ce commerce ont alors débutés...

Idk what all negative reviews are about, I've had nothing but awesome service here. Especially in the service and parts department.

Did not have what I was looking for.

2 sold a rv with both propane tank busted.. Very hard time to get reimbursed.. Than water busted. Did not want to reimburse.. And niw today after 6 month of purchase realize my battery is done.... Weird that the trailer is 2011 model but the batterry is 2004... Crooks all the way

Service après vente pourrit .. il m’a vendu une roulotte mais ils ne font plus affaire avec le distributeur de ma marque donc impossible d’obtenir des pièces et ne veulent même pas m’aider pour en trouver. Définitivement, je ne n’achèterai plus la et je ne recommanderai pas non plus se concessionnaire

We were in the market for something very specific so we were literally shopping eastern Canada and United States. They had the trailer we wanted. Dominic from the moment we spoke to him he instilled confidence. They broker a great deal, and reinforced our purchase with constant updates and communication. So the real test was when we showed up an hour early (7:30 am) and....... the trailer was ready, clean and in pristine condition. The time they spent to ensure our satisfaction as well as an extremely thorough and methodical overview of our travel trailer....it was awesome!!! We noticed a cushion damaged and they have already order a replacement from the manufacturer and will have it shipped to our home!!!I felt like a special and valued customer and my business was deeply appreciated. As an entrepreneur I value organizations that can give the same satisfaction I give my clients.........Dominic and P.M. Caravans Inc delivered just that.A small and personable shop for your recreational needs! I highly recommend them!!!

Horrible service

Not the best place to buy a camper. My parents bought a 28ft trailer there last year brand new. Right from the start they were grimy, hassling about a propane tank, the battery, the BBQ on the trade in camper they already agreed to take as is". Now a year later the camper is showing alot of wear and tear despite only having gone on 3 camping trips.The PM Caravan experience has left us very disappointed. Don't make the same mistake!"
