Terrible experience, I will never go to Kal Tire on Webwood drive again. I had new tires installed and the car now would shake driving it. I went back in and they said it was the rims. I mentioned check the new tires for a fault, they said no it was the rims. I had the rims changed and put on with the new rims with the new tires. Same issue, the car would shake. Brought the car back and they said it was a bad tire, so they changed all 4 tires again. This improved the drivability considerably, but it still had a shake. I was asked if I wanted my old rims put back on, but when they brought them to me the center caps were missing. I took my rims and after 7 visits I had, had enough. I am currently shopping for rims and tires for a different vehicle and Kal tire is not on my list of places to call.

Kal Tire scratched two of my rims with their tire machine red paint. Manager Jesse denies it was them and that I scratched them. Customer for 6 years I'll never be back with Kal Tire ever again.

Every single time I'm there the staff are so rude and I've used them many times over the past 10 years, things never get better. If you have an appointment there is no way you're getting in even close to that time so don't bother trying to wait for your tires to be done or you'll waste a half day. There are countless examples I have about their poor service but I'm not going to waste any more time on them. I'm done with this shop. Don't bother if I were you, they don't like their customers.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! That’s all that comes to mind. Went in Wednesday afternoon to purchase some 22” tires for my Denali. A gentleman by the name of Brendan acknowledged me right away, assisted and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very knowledgeable staff, and not pushy like the competition. Was extremely helpful, and gave me the best deal possible on my new Nokian.Thanks Guys! Will be back next week for my install.

They squeezed me in last minute to repair my punctured tire. Other nearby places told me I had to wait a week. Great service, super friendly staff, brought my whole family to wait inside, out of the rain, and have a coffee to warm up. Saved my cross Canada trip!

They fitted me without an appointment at the time most of others in this business asks for an appointment,The service is great and fast and the price is very reasonable.Loved this place as this was my first experience.Will be my first choice from now on.

The people working here I have no problem with but the price for the seasonal swap went up $12.00 that's $3.00 a tire from last fall till now. When I called the corporate no. and said I would shop around next time they said go ahead.
