Swarovski Store

I went into the Swarovski store today and had the assistant manager, Tanya, go above and beyond to aid me. I had trouble with an issue and Tanya took matters into her own hands and resolved the issue within minutes leaving me a very happy and satisfied customer. This is what customer service is all about. Helping and caring for your customers is very important and Tanya demonstrated that to the highest level today. I will definitely be coming back and hope Tanya will be there to assist me again. Overall great service and amazing experience.

I’d give them no stars if I could; abbbbbsolutely one of the worst stores I have ever set foot into: if you are going to do a return at least know your own policy before lying to your customers. I have never seen such attitude and arrogance; they told me they wouldn’t do a return because it was boxing week… I had done another return ON BOXING DAY at another location (lie number 1)… two of their staff VERY rudely told me they ONLY let you return something if you buy something else at THEIR store… apparently we don’t understand what “exchange OR credit” means.Please save yourself the headache and don’t bother with them; go to Hillcrest where they are HAPPY to help you and know their policy. If you are returning something you CAN either get credit and buy something yourself online or they will order it for you … Vaughn Mills store told me they do NEITHER of these… unbelievable

I bought a pair of earrings for my nephew from Kimia last month. She really help me out with my purchase. Very kind. Very professional . 10/10 experience

Bright and spacious store front with a decent variety of Swarovski products.Please work on your customer service. I was ignored the entire time while in store but others were greeted and it wasn't like the store was packed full of people. Please see how other retailers treat people.

Got a gorgeous ring, that fit my finger perfectly and great service. Swarovski has unique designs that I admire!

Tetyana is the best at this store! She makes sure the customer is taken care of and always patiently helps. And her style is fantastic! Such an asset to the brand!

I was having trouble deciding between a couple styles of jewelry but Tatiana helped me find exactly what I wanted! She was so kind, friendly, patient, and funny! I had a lot of fun talking to her! Also her sense of fashion is absolutely stunning! She has the air of a professional/respectable business owner but also is such a fun and warm person to be around. I wish her all the success in the future. Absolutely great customer service, I highly recommend anyone going to this location as they will see what I mean.

I live in Aurora but it is worth to drive to Swarovski Vaughan. The staff are amazing, kind and very helpful.Tania and kimia are both amazing, flexible and very helpful.I had an amazing experience today at this location and I enjoyed buying stuff from them.

Got a necklace and earrings for the Christmas holidays but it wasn't my style. Had them put back into the box it came in and back to the store with my gift receipt. When I went there a older lady with blonde hair help. She asked me for an outer box. Mind you it was a gift and she tried telling me I couldn't get a exchange because I don't have the outer box....I let my boyfriend handle it before I got rude with her. Minutes later her attitude changed and it accepted the exchange and I got something more that suited my style. Not sure what the employee's problem was but thankfully she smarten up real quick

The chain on my daughter’s Swarovski necklace broke. It was a gift and we did not have the receipt or the box, and therefore no warranty. I called several Swarovski locations, and as soon as they heard ‘no receipt’, they could not hang up the phone fast enough. Then I called the Swarovski store in Vaughan Mills and spoke to Tatiana. ‘No receipt, no box, no problem … bring it in, if we have one at this location we will replace it on the spot, otherwise I will have one brought in from another location and will call you to pick up when it arrives. That is NEXT LEVEL Customer Service. We will return to your store for all our jewelry needs, and tell everyone we know about your EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service, and they will too. Thank you, Tatiana!
