We started working with Ishan Munjal in Feb 2023 in search of a new home. We decided to work with Ishan because we just knew we could trust him with the biggest purchase of our lives. Our home search lasted 4 months and we viewed close to 40 homes together. We were very specific in the location and type of property we wanted, which Ishan very much respected as he did not try to suggest other areas or homes that did not fit our needs. After 2 months of viewing homes we were ready to put in an offer. At the time the market picked up so we acted quickly to submit an offer before the offer date. Ishan worked tirelessly negotiating with the selling agent but in the end another buyer stepped in with a higher offer. We were utterly heartbroken and exhausted but Ishan insisted that we would find another house that we would love even more. And Ishan could not have been more right!! After another grueling 2 months of searching we had found it! It was everything we wanted and more. Ishan did all the due diligence to make sure our offer was strong and was in constant communication with the seller. He was so personally invested in the deal. I still remember when he called us to give us the good news that we had purchased the house of our dreams! He was just as excited as we were. Ishan's many years experience in real estate and based on his knowledge, patience and relationships with other agents I would not work with anyone else. We had the perfect result and I recommend him to everyone I know so he can make their dreams of homeownership come true too!
