Happened to a friend : so they took an advance and the contractor stopped responding. Never gave a date or money back. Stay away from the scam!

Please beware of Wen and his team. He takes money and don’t provide any definite start date. They don’t have any coordination within team. Their teams provide some quote and then Wen overrules it with higher price. DO NOT GET INTO THIER TRAP!

I had a discussion with Wen and his team couple of days back and he took money from us and didn’t provide us any definite start date. Also we asked him to do stairs for which he quoted way too high price. Henceforth we decided to get others quotes. We received a reasonable quote and requested Wen to return our money as he hasn’t committed any date. We refused that and stopped picking our call. Please be aware of Wen and his team.DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY DEPOSIT!!!

We have had a very positive experience with Smart Interlocking company. We contracted Wen and his team of professionals to complete two successive projects at our house in Markham, Ontario: (1) driveway replacement and interlocking at the house front in October 2021; and (2) backyard landscaping and interlocking renovation in July 2022.
