FRIES SUPREME WILL ALWAYS BE SO BOMB!I love it so much! No stomach aches after! Fast service and looks clean from what I saw. Fork and napkins came in the bag. I’ll always crave this! I don’t eat their other food. Just fries supreme!

Asked for nacho Supreme, lady made it woth beans. When I asked for a new one they made it. But so different from first one. Way less fries and like minimal sauce. Cheese and spur cream. Very unsatisfied as thisbis one of the few times I felt like Taco Bell. Never again. I know no cares about this noteAlso she re made my burrito Supreme with beans and gave me a bean taco. I said beef on my fries. She changed everything...so annoying I hate this placeOn top of that 2nd time she didn't ask me if I need sauce. I had originally been given hot sauce. Now no sauce....terrible.

Went downhill. Appears short staffed and the two ladies working there today allowed a line to pile up for over half an hour without making eye contact or communicating anything. Persons who ordered waited almost 35 mins for their food while others dropped out and lost hope in getting their precious Tacos. Everyone appeared confused as they quietly put together a party order for someone not there yet. After 25 mins I had to ask if they were taking orders and the lady reluctantly took it but looked like I was bothering her.She then began closing the counter on everyone who had lined up for almost 30mins in patient silence. One woman in the line demanded a manager and voiced her Taco frustrations forcing the acceptance of orders. The counters were gross and unsanitary with stale lettuce and drips of cheese sauce everywhere. Appalling.

The whole point of ordering ahead online is so I don't have to stand around waiting for my order... so explain to me why they just started working on my order when I showed up at 4:09. I placed my order at 3:55pm, it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 4:10.....4:15 is when I finally got served. If the mall were busy I'd understand but it's dead empty today. On top of that she forgot the sauce that was very clearly included in my order and looked annoyed when I reminded her.

My 15 year old swears by this food! What does he know about food though!? Lol. The service is always quick and the food is HOT and made fresh. So I guess that’s a win!

Honestly, with the price of Taco Bell now and the location there is zero reason to eat here. BarBurrito is less than 100ft to your right in the foodcourt with better quality and better value burritos/tacos

I request to Taco Bell please go and check please and take care of your customers .10000% they are using very old tacos, smelling very bad. also Very old material they are using .Don’t know but they are saving their sauces don’t giving to customers enough even askingPlus I went their too many times not putting enough stuff in each and every items compared to any other stores in that areas .if you don’t believe just try to order crunchy wrap you will understand it.And alway 2 lady are doing this thingIf it is old taco it will break automatically without touching and smelling it very bad when you eating.

The burritos barely have stuff in them. The advertising is extremely fake. They fold an empty tortilla inside to make it seem more full than it actually is

Seems to be the only restaurant in that food court that's still clean and food is always as I order. Staff is a lot better too and are always polite.
