Dan was constantly rebooking our installation date and then finally when it went in it took longer than he told us. The fireplace got installed and was working. A few months into use and we heard a loud bang and then a creosote smell filled our house. It has been over a month since I’ve asked to have him come inspect the fireplace and now I am getting no response.

Did crawlspace dry barrier membrane at end of 2020. The two workers were on time and worked hard. They did a good job, I don’t have moldy smell from the crawlspace anymore. It’s nice and dry.Although I would of preferred them really clean up the space before they glued the membrane. But since I had spray foam on the perimeter wall. It still worked well to glue to the foam on the perimeter wall.Was going to ask them to clean the wood burning fireplace, due to covid that never happened.
