Another excellent job done by Ian on the stove. Always a pleasure to meet him as his friendly, professional personality and detailed knowledge of his work is exceptional.It's unlikely to see Ian in other than dark clothing for work but he's been seen in a white t-shirt that looks like it needs ironing.

Garioch Chimney Sweep
We have just had the chimney of our big, wood-burning stove cleaned. The service was impressive. Not only was the chimney cleaned better than ever before, but our stove was reconditioned and the whole system given a very thorough revitalising. I was particularly impressed by the fact that we could be shown a camera's-eye-view as part of a report on the interior structure of the whole system.A friendly, flexible and efficient service. Thoroughly recommended.

Ian was prompt, efficient and thorough and gave a clear explanation regarding some problems we had with our stove. He talked me through our options for sorting the issues but there was no hard sell. We will definitely have Ian back again.

Was very accommodating with an issue we had with an existing stove, gave solid advice to keep it going until we could get it replaced. Replaced the stove at a great price and thankfully has the patience of a saint whilst working around my 2 very curious young boys

Ian did a fantastic job of sweeping our wood burning stove, his attention to detail and cleanliness is a credit to himself. He is also safety focused and provides a thorough inspection as part of his services , i will be more than happy to have him back to carry out work next year !

Our first visit from Ian. It would hard to imagine a better chimney sweeping experience - very professional and knowledgeable. Cleaning 2 chimneys for our wood burning stoves took around 3 hours. The stove interiors and surrounds were thoroughly vacuumed. The flues were left clear of deposits and Ian talked us through the nature and cause of the deposits and what steps we could take to maintain the flues during normal use. We would highly recommend Ian and will certainly use his services again. An added bonus - Ian was very comfortable with our 2 dogs, who were quite happy to relax whist he worked around them!
