Absolutely terrible experience. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Seems like all the care about is installing a tent and moving on to the next. The tent they installed was very poorly done. Had holes all over, ended up leaking the first day. Ruined all our events. Wanted money up front and ended up destroying our fence. Very, very disappointed…

Great service and the equipment was in great condition. Platinum tent rental went out of his way to make sure everything went perfectly even when things on my end got a little mixed up. I would absolutely recommend this company.

The Platinum tent was simply amazing, my guests were spellbound and are still talking about it. The attention to detail was fantastic it really set the mood and made the part. The whole team was excellent, from the people answering my queries to the ones setting up the tent, extremely friendly and professional. I just can't recommend them enough!

Harjot was very Professional, provided quality service.His team was very punctual , very accommodating and super nice.

The platinum team helped us put a tent up on our deck and worked with us to make sure we had the perfect fit. Helped us with tables and chairs for our event too and they delivered everything right to us during the install. Will definitely book with platinum again!

Terrible service. Do not recommend whatsoever. Harj is impossible to get a hold of and requests all the money up front. Almost as if he knows he is offering subpar service. We received 2 tents and they were both full of holes. Some holes had tape covering them but many of them were not covered. This resulted in rain ruining our week long events. They work on their own schedule and do not care at all about your schedule. They will text you saying someone is at your house to pick up the tent and you need to send someone to open the door for them" Unacceptable service. I truly wish I could give this 0 stars. Highly do not recommend. Their workers tried to get into our backyard and ruined our fence in the process when nobody was home and "they needed the tent because they had another booking". Please please stay away"

The team at Platinum Tent Rentals was fantastic from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They set up the tents quickly and efficiently, so I didn't have to worry about a thing.The tents themselves were beautiful. They were clean, spacious, and looked really elegant. They were also sturdy and provided great shelter for our guests.On the day of the wedding, the tents looked amazing and created a comfortable space for our guests. Everyone had a great time, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Platinum Tent Rentals.I highly recommend them for any event you may have!

I would give this zero stars. Absolute nightmare working with this company. We had an event for 1pm on a Saturday, they were suppose to set up the tent on Friday evening and called to say they were running late and would set up first thing Saturday morning. By 10am there was no communication, when we finally got a hold of someone he was extremely rude and dismissive. By 11am..2hrs prior to our event where we were expecting 100 people and no seating or tent for them they were still not here. Luckily we were able to get a hold of another company who was able to accommodate us last minute and made it work. We had hired platinum for a few other events in the summer along with other family members who have now all canceled. Do not recommend at all.

The service provided by Platinum Tents was incredible! Not only did they install tents for my wedding, but they also provided us with tables and chairs to accommodate all 300 guests! The owner was very friendly and professional. His team installed and set up the venue in a timely manner and provided us with beautiful clear top tents. Unlike other companies the team made sure the tents were set up and taken down as scheduled, and made sure we were satisfied with the end results. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to everyone!

Amazing quality and service!! We used Platinum Tents for a company event 2 years ago, and have been using them every year since then. The entire team is so professional and responsive, which is exactly what you need when planning an event to accommodate 450 people.We didn’t have to worry about anything. They supplied and took care of everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality tents!
