Friendly service and good food. Fries are always fresh and the ice cream is delicious albeit somewhat expensive. Usually very quick although on busy days they seem to be short on staff and wait times can be quite long. Still great experience overall.

I got a 9 dollar meal deal and the fries were cold so I went and told them, my buddy was also unsatisfied with his food and when we expressed that the ”owner” came out and stated “you’re playing with us, your not allowed to come back” then he looked at the cashier and said “it they come back don’t sell them food”. Overall the food was poor quality and the service was simply awful, my advice is spare yourself the time and money and conflict just go somewhere else

Very bad customer experience we came through the drive thru and it took the forever to talk to us and take our order and when they were taking our order they were very rude. We came to the window and that women who works there started yelling at us. Honestly never experienced this with any other fast food. But she needs to be more humble and respect the customers. Honestly never coming back. This was just disappointing

Went here last night and ordered a burger. The burger Pattie’s were so dry and disgusting that I threw the burger out. I won’t be going back.

This place is a joke, just three days ago I paid $7 for two double cheeseburgers and the lady at the till told me that the promotion is over as of the end of January 2020.. I called a couple other dairy Queens around the province and they all have the promotion of two double cheeseburgers for $7. They charged me $12 and something cents for just two double cheeseburgers with cheese and ketchup.. not to mention the owner is very rude.UPDATED AS OF NOV 2022.Found a bolt in my ice cream, the food was cold as well, and the East Indian owner told me to leave the parking lot because my Sunday didn’t have hot fudge on it and I gladly asked him and he turned me down several times, and I paid for it and can show the receipt… Brooks Dairy Queen needs new owners asap.. I’m so sick of the attitude and being ripped of all the time, all we wanted to do was have a family dinner.. never again will I purchase or step foot in brooks dq, BTW seen a roach in the bathroom too…

Went to this dq bout half hour ago and my fries were cold and old so I went to the desk and I asked them nicely for some fresh fries the owner came and said I was playing with him and didn’t give me fresh ones and he said I was banned cuz I was playing with him the supervisor also was very rude don’t go here
