Working with Blackwood Nutrition has been life changing for me in many ways. I have finally learned how to properly fuel my body, I feel better than I have in a long time and I've been able to lose a significant amount of weight and keep it off. I now have the energy needed to keep up with my busy life as a mom and nurse! I highly recommend Blackwood Nutrition!

Jasmin has been a tremendous help in my journey to weight loss and feeling good about myself. I have reached goals I didn't think possible.
