these people are the nicest.. always smiling and ready to help. if you have the chance ask for Elijah. he is the most helpful one there. went above and beyond for my husband and I. even remembered us when we came in over the next few weeks. hands down some of the best customer service we've ever gotten. thanks Levi sherway !

Worst location ever they told exchange and refund acceptable got jeans in Niagara wanted to change here they denied

The store was appealing and well set up along with some great deals. I always love going to the levis store and this location was excellent!

Really helpful staff, great selection of clothing. Levi's have been my favorite jeans for over a decade! Just got my first sherpa jean jacket and I'm too excited about it!

9 people allowed at one time including staff. Out of the 9 people allowed 4 are staff!!!??? Wheres the logic in that? How much help does one person need.It took almost 20 minutes for someone to leave the store so i can enter and the store looked practically empty.

Worst experience ever at Levi’s. Lady the customer service provides worst service. Very disappointing, specially the lady with big eye makeup and tall . Levi’s should improve their customer service quality.

You can't buy a better Jean than Levis. I have worn them forever. The best fitting before.The sherway location is fantastic!I wasn't quite sure of what size I needed,the lovely young sales rep was able to look at me & choose the correct size .The gal's in the fitting room were just as amazing. Easy peasy purchase. Clean store, covid measures in place. Definitely going back to this location.

What an incredibly disappointing back to school shopping experience and nobody there really seemed to care at all. The promotion was Buy 2 pr Jeans for 25% off and get a gift (cool tshirt) for a minimum spend (which we would have made buying 2 pr). My daughter found a pair of jeans and wanted to buy a second pair but couldn’t find her size in the corresponding piles on display. A sales associate looked it up and said they have 5 pairs on hand so she would search in the stock room for the jeans. To her credit, she searched there and went through all the piles but could not find the jeans.I expressed our disappointment that we had fully intended to purchase 2 pairs in order to participate in the promo. I asked if we could pay for a second pair and perhaps they could transfer them from another store. Many stores offer this service so they do not lose the sale. they just said no. Then the girl said how it’s really too bad, because now there’s discount AND no gift for us. Yeah, no kidding. In this day and age, I was just totally shocked that a brand like Levi’s wouldn’t do ANYTHING. They could not have cared less whether I bought one or two pairs of jeans. Anyway, I can buy Levi’s all over the place. Sadly, this happened to be the place that we found a pair. I will NEVER shop there again.

An employee by the name of Elecia had such poor customer service skills. I was informed about a promotion for friends and family by an employee of the store. When i arrived to the store Elecia would not let me in because she said the promotion was only for employees in the mall. when i asked for more clarification she said regular customers get nothing. So i left. my friend of the store asked the same question and Elecia lied and told her she told me it was 40off for me. Elecia wouldn't even allow me in the store when i asked several times for clarification. When i walked away I seen two other females walk right in. her service was horrible and shes a liar.
