We have guests coming and decided to use Hellamaid. Their communication was excellent! Our cleaner, Blair, was so nice, very detailed and hardworking the entire 4 hours!!! We will use this service again and I highly recommend them!

I had a good experience. Each of the cleaners were friendly and attentive and worked hard. They also made sure I was happy with the service and were willing to return if anything was not exactly the way I wanted. They attended to detail and were very efficient. It was such a relief to have them clean. Will use service again.

Everything was left so clean it was so nice to have it all done. They were on time. I enjoyed the clean smell after they left, not chemical smell but a clean smell. They were very friendly. I look forward to the scheduled monthly cleaning.

The house looks amazing and the amount of work completed in such a short window was impressive. My home is a large 5 level back split and they efficiently deep cleaned the entire home, including most of the inside windows and tracks. Also booking the appointment was incredibly easy and completely online, which I prefer since I am very busy! Also they easily accommodated a schedule change when we had an illness in the house. The customer service is 10 out of 10!

Liz and Toni were super punctual and did an amazing job deep cleaning our house! Our kitchen appliances and glass shower needed serious TLC and everything looked brand new when they were done! I will definitely be requesting them in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family :)

I was very impressed with Hallemaid’s customer service, the 3 ladies that came and the work they did. Gina, Richelle and Tiffany came on time, did a great job and were very professional and understanding with a mixup with our contractor. The company itself is amazing to deal with and great customer service. It was easy to get an appointment and equally easy to make a change of dates. I am so glad I found them online. I would highly recommend them.

The woman who cleaned was punctual, friendly and hardworking. She listened to what my priorities and special instructions were for that day because I only get a portion of my large house cleaned each week. Loved the results and want her back. The administrative staff too is helpful and friendly when I need to change things up!
