I have booked two times Nanuq's Playground Private Tour and paid for it before corona crisis. Then, nanuq tours web pages were suspended and owner does not respond. I tried to contact him many times. From my point of view, it is a disapointment and unprofessional behavior. My recommendation is to do not trust Robin Allen. Do not book any tour with him under any company, he will steal your money.

Had a great experience with Robin and his son Jay. Robin grew up in Churchill and had an immense knowledge of the area and access to locations most groups can not get into. Saw many bears including a mother with 2 young Cubs. If I were to go again, I would book with Nanuqtours.

FYI sadly the owner Robin Allen passed away Jan2020.
