Just bought my second bike from the fine crew at West City Powersports. Chad was incredibly helpful in helping me find the bike that was right for me. Greg was awesome as well in sealing the deal quickly and getting me on my new ride in no time. I get my parts and fluids through the Parts dept. as well and they're fantastic, zero issues, very knowledged, haven't been able to stump them yet! Very satisfied with my dealings at West City Powersports!

I came in looking for a kill switch cord for my jetski, on a wild good chase to find a universal one that would work since I left mine at home and wouldn’t have been able to use my machine without it. Even though I had a different brand of machine, This dealer went absolutely out of his way to make sure I could be on the water this weekend, giving me a cord from his spares bucket and talking me through alternates if it didn’t fit. I am SO grateful for the 5* service that if I am ever looking for a Honda, I definitely know where I am going!! Thank you SO much for your help!!

Great Sales Depart but Parts and Service are absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a part and was assured he would be in touch within a day or two. No response. Called and Parts Manager was busy and again assured he would call back… AGAIN, no response! If you buy from them don’t hold your breat for service afterwards!

I would love to buy a Honda push mower but it will not fit in my sedan. I live 18 minutes away and this dealership will not deliver any product they sell. The burden is on the consumer to pick up the product by any means and they will charge you a freight charge on top of that. As a dealership, you should be able to deliver what you sell. The burden should not fall on the consumer for all products. I mean if I’m buying a boat - ok - it makes sense for me to obviously pick it up - but a push mower - you should be able to deliver that - it should not be a one shoe fits all policy - poor, unfair and frustrating customer service - they should stick to cars and nothing else - at least then you can drive away in your purchase
