The admin staff at this practice is terrible!! I call everyday and either no one answers or the recording says they are not available. I was finally able to speak to someone almost one month ago and she tells me she can’t book an appointment because she does not know the doctors schedule (is that not the main purpose of your job - booking appointments and knowing the doctors schedule). She then proceeds to tell me the doctor will call me once my results are in. Well it’s been one month and no one has called. I still call everyday and left a VM. Save yourself the time and don’t bother calling, find a different doctor. (Would give a 0 star if it was an option.)

Non-existent follow-up and communications practiceat this office. Never returns calls and hard to ever reach her. Find a different Dr. if you care for your health.

The husband of a patient, I have seen the lack of follow-up and the destruction it has done to my wife's health. Her pelvis fractured due to the high dosage of medication prescribed with no follow-up of bone density testing. Was able to get a virtual appointment that was missed by seconds; refused to call back and gave another virtual for 3 weeks later and probably charged OHIP for the virtual that was missed. Not only is my wife suffering physically, she is now suffering mentally, as this has been going on since January.

We got an appointment after 4months of waiting...(we Confirm our appointment through phone n fax) . on the confirmed date ,doctor never turned up and they never informed us.We where waiting infront of the office for an hour . We where trying to reach her by phone,nobody was picking.After repeated calls (3days) they informed us that our appointment was missing from their records.after a week they give us an appointment 2 months later.Thanks for ur services.

She knows her stuff, the staff has never been rude to me. My appointment was changed in the past so what, people should make an attempt to understand the situation before complaining. I would recommend her office to anyone any time.

Dr Piersanti is so kind and caring. She follows up and always seeks new ways to help. I never feel rushed with her. Her secretary is kind and always remembers me and goes out of her way to be helpful.

My husband has been diabetic for most of his life he has seen many endocrinologists during this time until we finally met with Dr Piersanti I cannot say anything bad she has always stood by my husband to make sure he is doing everything she can to stay healthy she has been a constant part if his very important support system I always remind him how lucky he is to have such a Dr standing behind him ... we cannot thank her enough for all she has done

Dr Piersanti is a very knowledgeable Doctor. with a rare quality Among other specialists which her empathy and genuine care. She follows up with her patients to ensure perfect therapy results.Thank you
