They are amazing and have a great response time. We had a false alarm while changing our smoke detector batteries and they came right away to check if all was okay.Thank you guys for keeping us safe!

We had to call 911 a week ago due to our son telling us he had pain in his chest later at night. Chestermere Fire was dispatched first as they are closer in response time and they came within, I would say, 15 minutes, which is about the drive from the fire station to our place. The two attending were River and (I'm sorry I didn't get the first name) Barchard. I want to thank you guys for being so awesome with our little guy. We were worried sick about him and you made him so comfortable, he was clearly having a great time chatting with you. Even though it turned out to be a false alarm, it could have been a LOT worse if you guys hadn't been so awesome with him and us, as well. Thank you so much for all your help that evening, and for being so kind as to give our little man that little teddy bear! A+ guys, so glad to have a great team on call in our new town.
