I have ordered two photo books from them. One was over 10 years ago, the other - about 5 years ago. Photo quality is amazing, and the book binding is perfect. The delivery was very fast too. Neither book has faded even a bit. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them again.

I have been working for the past 2 months, gathering photographs of my dachshund of 15 years who passed away in Oct'17. Then came the search for a photo book printing company whom I could trust with giving me a wonderful finished product with all the photographs. What made me decide to go with PhotoInPress was the ease at which I was able to use their free software program with which I was able to design, align, save and upload the soft copy of the photo book. I received the book today and I was not disappointed. The book looks really good and exactly how it was shown to me in the preview prior to my placing the order. The paper quality is good and I am happy recommend PhotoInPress.

I had ordered a number of books from this company in the past and when I went to place my most recent order I noticed a mistake right after the order was processed. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order and correct the mistake. I didn’t hear back from them until the next day at which point they informed me that the hour window to cancel the order had passed. When I pointed out that I had emailed them less that 10 minutes after the order, they claimed that I had not used the order confirmation email to cancel the order. When I informed them that I had received no such email they stopped replying to my emails and have not been able to get intouch with anyone since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THE MINUTE THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

i tested most of the other websites and this one has the best design software by far its so easy to use however they do not provide you with a shipping tracking number nor did they email me when my book was shipped so i was in the dark about receiving my order. its still my favourite photobook service but i wish they improved on that part

About 4 years ago I used Photoinpress to do a book. The quality of the pictures, paper and cover were outstanding. I recently did a re-print of the same book and added another book. The quality has deteriorated tremendously. The pictures are much darker than the first book and the new book is also dark. You cannot see the detail you can see when editing and previewing online. The book you edit to produce on line is way better than the book itself.The pricing here is higher than most so you expect much better service, however, they have said they will not re-print to correct to the same picture quality I had 4 years previously.update: They have come back and said that support will see if anything can be done .... will post more next week

I've been working on a photo book for the last couple of weeks and have never been so pleased with a photo software program in my life. So easy to use! I hope the final product is as nice as this first part of the experience has been. Will update after receiving the book.

I have created a family album for years! They take way less space than a traditional album. My family loves them. My only question: how do I create a back up file? I have uploaded the files onto a USB drive. Do I need to transfer that file into photoIn press program?

I have been using this company regularly since 2009 and I won't use anything else. Awesome software that is easy to download and use. The design process is simple and of excellent quality. Picture quality is perfect and shipping is fast and efficient. Best of all it's Canadian and based out of Montreal. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have ordered a photo album every year for many years. Generally, I’ve been satisfied with the product. However, this year the only delivery service they offer (Canada Post) did not attempt delivery, did not leave a delivery notice card, and has retail hours of 9:00-5:15 (so I will have to take time off work just go in and hopefully receive my album—which took me more than 5 hours to make).PhotoInPress refused to address the issue with Canada Post, and was completely dismissive of my complaint.Do not use PhotoInPress (or Canada Post) unless you want to risk not receiving your shipment and being treated like a nuisance for expecting the delivery service you paid for.

I have made my wife a photo book for Christmas for the past eleven years. PhotoinPress has flawlessly provided a high quality product for me each of those years. They even bailed me out a few times when I ordered late. Nothing but positive things to say about my decades plus relationship with them.
