I Purchased a Mototote bike carrier and the led brake signal lights. Jesse and Bryan were absolutely excellent! Product was best that I’ve come across. Top shelf service and were a pleasure to deal with. I wish all companies had great attitudes toward customers because it really does make you feel much better when spending your hard earned money.I look forward to dealing with them again!!!! I guess they are more of an online store? I came here because of the good reviews..but if you walk into the store, you will see three people sitting in front of their computer and basically ignore walk-in customers. when you ask for help, the first person looks at the second, the second looks at the third, then the third finally unwillingly helps... after the bad experience I googled other options and went to rack attack in Coquitlam which was 40 minutes away but immediately made my 2500 worth of purchase there because the service was 1000x better, welcoming and provide lots more information and help the second I walk in the door.

The peeps at ModulaRacks were amazing. When speaking to them i told them what i was looking for. They were quick to pull a few items outside for my BMW and show me how they would look. What was best about my experience was that they didnt try to push the more expensive unit, rather they suggested the cheaper $$$ model but said it looked better and had a better warranty. I love that.

I wanted to install a custom track mounted quick release roof rack system on my Mazda CX-5 using the stock mounting points. Other shops simply told me I couldn't do it.When I came into Modula Racks the staff were very helpful and let me measure different tracks that I wanted to use, and made the suggestion of using the Rhino RTC tracks. I purchased that from them online shorter after and have now just completed my install and am so happy with the outcome.Thanks for the support guys!
