Sales team is unprofessional and sell poor quality jewelry, I strongly suggest staying away from this place. I bought a gold chain for a 10 year old and needed it to be sturdy as I told the sales associate. She was friendly and eager to get the sale done. Less than 6 months of the 10 year old wearing it and the chain broke. When I went back to speak with the sales associate she and manager were polite until the 1 customer inside the store left. When that happened they were rude, condescending, argumentative and overall very unprofessional. Management and the sales team will sell you anything you need, just keep in mind the quality will be poor and there's no chance of them rectifying anything. If you value your hard earned money, go somewhere else.

Had a fantastic experience here. We were referred by one of my designers (friends) and we could not be happier with the results. They were able to do custom adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the original design. Very quick turnaround and reasonably priced. We really appreciated Bettina Poechman when breaking down our options, and all the staff we spoke with were lovely.I highly recommend everyone consulting with Bettina before making any decisions.

Great experience.My experience with Howarwood Jewellery was fantastic! They helped us create a beautiful custom Set, and didn't even blink an eye at our rather unusual request. We came in with an idea for designs, and they helped us figure out exactly what it was that we wanted. They responded to questions and requests quickly and were very helpful. I couldn't be happier with my experience or the result :)

I highly recommend Howard Jewellers. Great customer service, honest, and reasonable prices. The owner of the store as well as the sale associates that I have encountered have been very pleasant to work with. They offer great quality jewelry especially diamonds. No more shopping at Michael Hill for me. I have found my forever jeweller.
