I usually only write reviews for restaurants, but after I lived for almost nine months in this building, I decided to write a review about it. The positives:1. The building is very new, and the apartment I lived in is also new2. The building is near services, the metro, and bus stations.As for the negatives:1. The building has over 25 floors and only three small elevators, so expect tedious delays during rush hour!2. The elevators were breaking most of the month, and there is no follow-up from the administration regarding maintenance. You may see the elevator breaking down for days, and no one cares. You will start your morning or end your day with an exercise to get to your apartment!3. When you order a shipment, you will see it thrown on the floor without any protection; it might be stolen.4. If your neighbor owns a dog or cat, expect to smell foul.5. Lots of Airbnb renters.6. The rent is very high compared to the lack of simple services such as maintenance and attention to public places in the building.There are a lot of buildings within the Downtown that have better quality prices compared to what the facility offers; I was shocked by the cleanliness in the shared areas and the services provided in some of the other buildings.

Please do not rent this condo if you have frequent mail packages or do not wfh. The security/front desk people are useless and mail theft occurs very often. The individual units are nice but the overall community and sense of safety is not up to par.

Do NOT rent a place at this building. I literally moved in today and my package got stolen. People pay exorbitant prices in management for there to be no security in the premises. Never in my life have I seen a condo building so susceptible to randos walking in. The building has a locked mail room but packages are delivered in a free-for-all delivery room with no supervision. Besides that, half the amenities are basically malfunctioning. What a joke of a condo

So the guards are being payed to be on their phone?

It’s a nice building and well located in between many different neighborhoods, and in an emerging hood of its own, little Korea. The building is mostly comprised of students and this makes for not necessarily the cleanest or most respected building. As it is new there have been many issues with the building and different elements being out of service or order. I am living in Est tower.The overall building quality is so-so, would have been nice if more attention had been paid to details like the bathrooms and kitchen design, as well as elements like the thickness of the walls (the Sheetrock seems as thin as paper). The cooktop and oven are also not great quality.I don’t really understand the purpose of the doorman, it seems many people have had their packages stolen. Seems perhaps that the doorman can also be used to hold and distribute packages that come in. Another issue has been the common areas, not being kept up or respected. I’m not sure this can be blamed on the management this. However there are things like the temperature in the pool and hot tub could be more consistent. Hot tub should be hot!!

The package delivery is crazy. My packages are being STOLEN as they are in front of the elevator like garbages. It's very insulting to residences that their packages are left on wet carpet. I had an emergency package and it was stolen and when talked with the doorman he said that it had happened before and I have to complain to the Solution companies. It's ridiculous and insulting. Doorman can take responsibility of packages to receive them . Or another locked and safe box for these packages. It's a new building and I cannot imagine this place in a few years.

Best after sale customer service ever ! Sophie villeneuve has been amazing. She answered all my questions and concerns immediately. Devimco went above and beyond for this project.

Another real estate project abandoned to be managed by ghosts I think- Elevator takes ages to show up because there’s always one broken- 1 gym for 4 towers . I repeat 4 towers . (with approximately 300 Appartements in each)- game room is like a sauna can’t play or stand in there without sweating liters- dogs peeing on the hallway on a weekly basis.- no connection between towered except for the dustiest parking I’ve ever seen- outdoor pool finally opens after summers over only to have 20 bees flying on your head and stinging your kid!- unfunctional chalet urbain with just chairs placed randomly left and right ( no wifi ). Spider webs all over the bbq area.Welcome to a luxery living in 2022

Read this: save yourself some miseries and do not rent apartments here. My packages were stolen THREE TIMES in two days and, while package theft seems to be a prevalent issue, the management still does nothing to prevent this. The elevators are also malfunctioning and I was locked up inside twice while the elevator itself was literally free falling. A significant amount of the equipments are also not working properly. Reported all those issues to the management and they just couldn’t care less. In the phenomenally rare cases that they do take care of things, it takes them centuries to fix even the pettiest matter. STAY AWAY and honestly there are way better places with similar price.Update: the property management claimed to have installed some expediboxes, but they at the same time do not make the effort to ask the delivery men to drop off the packages there instead, which means they serve no purpose and my packages are still stolen frequently. Nice try, property management!

Hopefully there will be some Canada post package lockers in the west tower. And all the things in the west tower should be better organized when comparing to the east tower.
