Waited for Delivery twice, never came. but reported unable to Deliver, phone them to pick up myself, told there was a small charge, on what was a free delivery, The charge was much more when i went to pick it up. i refused to pay. Use Purlator they dont slap a charge on what supposed to be free delivery

Used this company to have heavy garden doors delivered from Calgary to Medicine Hat, the dispatcher was very helpful, lovely happy voice, cost was insanely cheap (would have cost me 5 times more in gas!) delivery was on time and the driver was great helping to carry them in. Would highly recommend using this company!

Did not use this service. Didnt even hear of Black Dog Express until yesterday when I was cut off by one of their vehicles. Had to slow down to avoid an accident. Driver seemed completely unaware that they even cut me off. This company needs better drivers!

I work with one of their drivers, Todd. I receive packages on a daily basis from him. He and his colleagues are excellent, smart, and fast. Their rates are low for envelopes, and they guarantee 24hr delivery to major centres in Southern Alberta. Give them a try.
