Great product to help manage real estate appraisals.

Horrible service that is down" at least once a week. Very unreliable

I’m at 3.5 stars. Support is good. Stripe, their payment processor, sucks! High fees and DAYS before it deposits. Square is a better option by far. The layout is -meh. Takes too long to shift between orders. Some issues refreshing in field, which has created significant issues at times. Missed appointments. I feel like you could get the analytics with excel. We’re a company of four and we pay about $250/mo. We’re Re-evaluating currently. We tried nexus a year ago. I was failure to launch at the time, but may be better now. I’d give it another test run. If shopping, there are cheaper options with similar features out there.

Unreliable and very slow. My closing date keeps getting pushed back because of this company when everything should of been submitted over a week ago. Do not use them..
