Just ordered a half load of concrete from these guys - went with them because we were ready and they could deliver before anyone else. Didn't check reviews or we might have known better! Driver was fine and friendly but we were short 1/2 metre; checked our measurements in front of the driver and they still charge us 400 to deliver it! Bunch of CROOKS!

The experience was very positive. John at the office was professional, kind and helpful in making sure that we ordered the right amount of cement for our backyard project. The flexibility on delivery date was amazing as not many companies offer Sundays as a delivery date or at an affordable price. Wilches was able to meet all those needs. The driver arrived on time and was personable. We were very satisfied with the service and will be using them again. Thank you kindly.

Don't buy from them. Complete crooks. They short ship and then charge extra when you need more. Very simple calculation on a small pad and not hard to figure out how much you need. I ordered 1/2 metre extra and still ended of 3/4 metre short.

From the get go service was horrible. Driver showed up screaming at all the workers. He was 1/2 an hour early. Kept threatening to leave while waiting for the pump. They demanded $950 cash for the pour, didn’t want to take my credit card and give me an invoice. They finally did after I pleaded with them. Then they shorted me on concrete by 1/2 plus. I called them and they said they didn’t fill the truck. Whatever that means. Don’t use them.

Worst customer service ever you can ask for! Shady as hell! They don’t provide you invoice but they charge you HST ! As soon as you pay they won’t answer your calls !

Worst service ever. We ordered concrete in the beginning of the week for Sunday. I called on Saturday to confirm that we will receive the concrete on Sunday, and they said that they ran out of cement without notification.

The worst company bunch of thiefs never used them again 3.5 m they sent me 2 meters never used them

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.after stringing us along for 6 hours waiting for our concrete and 7 phone calls for updates they then pretended they had already delivered it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They cost our team over $1000 in wages today. don't take the risk. Its not worth it.

Ordered concrete with these guys for couple times. Two last time’s appointment was at 9am, first time they came at 12.Second time, which is today they didn’t come till 12.40, when I called dispatch they said that driver had to call me once he get loaded, but no one did, they also said that they don’t see my address on system.Highly don’t recommend them! Never ever?

This company is extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and provided the worst customer service. I had ordered concrete to be delivered by 11am and had not received it. As I have been waiting countless hours for the delivery, I contacted them multiple times and witnessed their poor customer service and lack of punctuality. They had advised me just before 5pm that they would be loading up the truck and sending out the delivery, over FIVE hours past the agreed upon delivery time. I still have not received the delivery nor have they agreed to compensate for their poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, DO NOT support this terrible business.
