Wow! Thank you Ace Courier in Burnaby for the amazing service. Your whole team from dispatch to the person who took my payment to the person who got all my shipping details were so friendly and professional. The process was super efficient. The icing on the cake is that it cost 75% less than what Fedex was going to charge Craftsman Collision and when they say overnight delivery they mean it. Parcel picked up at 2pm and it arrived in Williams Lake, BC at 8:43am. Looking for amazing service, great prices and delivery liability - Ace Courier is it!

Wonderful people to do business with - so professional and patient!

I have many issues with this company but I will stick to one in this review. The driver (or another staff) damaged my bike in transport....and I mean really damaged it .... they worked hard at the damage they did to my bike. The person that received it noticed the damage - told the driver and the driver said it wasn't his problem. Then he continued to forge her signature saying that no damage was seen on the bike. I've been fighting with this company for 6 months and they refuse to refund me the damage they did.It is a completely corrupt company...STAY AWAY...unless of course you want to pay for damage their staff does to your property!It's very obvious this company requires their staff to add a 5 star rating. If you don't believe me ... read the 5 star ratings!If I could give them a 0 star I would!

ACE driver Dwayne is the most amazing thoughtful operator! He takes the time to make sure our orders are in dry location when no one is here to receive and calls to let us know. You don't get a lot of customer service these days but I'm super grateful for Dwayne. Thank you with sincerity!!

Talk about solving problems. I have just started using Ace Courier and they saved my day. I mistakenly thought they did same day delivery and when I found out that my client was not going to get their order it put me in a rock and hard place. My client was moving the next day so I couldn't delay getting them their order. When I called Ace Courier the error I made they solved it by getting one of their employees who lives near our customer to personally deliver their package on his way home. So this means the clients will have their new duvet and pillows to sleep in their new place all because Ace Courier stepped up!Thank you, Dave and the driver that is dropping this off on his way home. If you ship anything of value choose someone else. We requested a pickup of two new couches and a Headboard fully wrapped and protected. When it arrived at our home the armrests of the couches were shredded as if a dog had chewed on them. The headboard was wrapped in a box and one corner was destroyed by what seemed dragging on rough surfaces. When I called to report the problem I was told too bad
