Ria Money Transfer Agent

It is the worst money transfer company in the world; Unbelievable...a farce, a nightmare...there are not enough words to describe this company, this gang.I sent money to my son in Canada to enroll him in the university located in Victoria, British Columbia (I live in Dubai). When he went to receive the money, he was surprised that the place is a small Chinese restaurant, there they told him that they had deposited all the money in the bank and now they do not have enough to give him the amount, knowing that it was morning; And they asked him to come back in the evening. When he came back in the evening, they told him that the money was there, but the system was not working. My son went to another branch and they told him that they send money, but they do not receive it. It was like this for five days as my son went to them in the morning and evening and they made excuses until they told him that they had stopped dealing with RIA company . I, in turn, was following the issue in Dubai, where they were telling me that the money is in Victoria BC, and most importantly, they don't know why they don't give my son his money. They sent them an email asking why my son was not given his natural right. The response was that there was some missing information, but now my son can receive the money. My son went, but he found the restaurant closed and remained closed for two days. After that, my son went to them and they told him that they had stopped dealing with RIA permanently. Then I asked for my money back. After 2 days waiting they refund the money, but they deducted almost 100 dollars.Can you imagine that happening in RIA Canada? Can you imagine the amount of lies, deception, evasion and extortion that this lowly company deals with. At the end of my experience with this company, my son and I lost more than 300 dollars due to the transportation to the company's offices, and my son lost his university and we both lost our nerves.I demand the local authorities in Victoria to carry out an extensive investigation into what happened, knowing that I have all the documents to support what I have mentioned and I advise you to stay at least a mile away from the agents, offices and representatives of this company
