I usually appreciate ONroute locations for their clean facilities. But this location unfortunately didn’t measure up very well. It didn’t seem super busy, yet the washroom was not in very good condition - to put it nicely… of the two sinks, one was partially clogged - looked like it had been for a while. Maybe it sounds petty, but when you are driving for a long day, it’s not a good experience to come to a poorly maintained restroom.

It is good having on routes as it is very convenient and I like those in Ontario. They are busy during weekends obviously than on weekdays. What I found is Tim Horton at this location has staff who are slow to serve. Because of that line-ups are long during busy hours and I have come back many times. All those times I ended up buying freshii items and glad having those. I saw ice cream self serving machine but javelin not used it. Anyways on route is good to use washroom facilities while on the go.

Thank god there is an onroute here because next one isn’t for another 70km, +1 star for location. They truly understand and rely on the fact that you are only going to ever be here once and never come repeatedly! The service is slloooowwwwww took 25 minutes to get food from popeyes or burger king. Self serve order machines are out of service and staff is beyond disinterested. If i could stop anywhere else I would!

Last few times I have gone here I have gotten the friendliest service. The drive through person (who is working this morning Feb 1/23) is such a pleasant person to deal with. fast friendly, cheerful service. great way to start your morning.

The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable! It’s a great place to stop while on the road. Although it does get really busy, in my opinion nothing beats the bathrooms here!

It was very clean. We stopped for a quick bathroom break and a snack. The parking lot had lots of room, and it was easy to navigate even with our large vehicle. The facility itself was clean, with plenty of room for sitting. There were also several restaurants inside.
