We ordered mucho chicken burrito and cheese n beans quesadillas… both were waste of money.No taste. No flavour. Felt like even salt wasn’t added.Over priced for the portion size.Won’t recommend it to anyone.

I used to go here a bunch and I would rate 5 stars but I just went today and they put so little toppings on my burrito compared to what they normally do! I asked for extra and was kinda given a weird look, they said they were going to charge me. I don’t think the server understood what I was asking. They ended up charging normal price but I was very disappointed

This size of Burrito I got when I ordered Regular Size Veggie Burrito which is like smaller then 6 inch and I paid almost $ 12. I understand that everything is costly but what about what I paid .. I never had any problems before but this time, I really got Small size burrito with higher cost. I felt the clerk put really calculated portions.. Also Got veggie quesadillas and did not get Salsa dressing with it.I think She might need more Training.Also very Average taste. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

This location puts less toppings and sets more limits than any other mucho burrito I’ve ever been to. I use to go 2 times a week but since I moved to Windermere I am never going to mucho burrito again. That’s how terrible this location is. You guys should be embarrassed.(Edit, emailed the guy since he responded saying “he would like more info” He must of thought I want a free burrito or something, they are so cheap he just deleted his response on here and no response back on email.If he responded I would have told him this:From 2012 to 2019 from the summerside location to the Calgary trail one I use to go 2 even 3 times a week. They were always smiling, and the quality and quantity was always satisfactory. I would grab 2 muchos, 1 for me after a run and 1 for my parents to share as they liked it as well. I have spent probably around $10,000 on burritos during that time period.Now I wouldn’t eat at this cheap location if they paid me to eat there. Would not recommend anyone to support this place.

My experience has always been amazing at this location but recently the employee turn over seems to be high which reflects in the quality.But none the less they always make delicious burrito and it’s specious.

Besides this place being empty.. the service was amazing. The care and knowledge of their products were quite relevant as I have dietary restrictions. Keep up the good work and quality. I will be back mostly because of the customer service

I just ate there and my food tasted like mould. I eat at mucho quite often so I know it’s not just a flavour I don’t like. Was too embarrassed to tell the person working because she did not seem happy to be there to begin with. Quite disappointing.

Aman is AMAZING! She is the best and was so kind preparing a very elaborate order. She has the best customer service and communication skills I may have ever seen. The food is delicious!

There's ATM machine seems to be broken whenever I go to this location, but the last time I went it was actually working. Good portions in the burritos and very filling. I'm just disappointed they didn't have ancient grains as an option. I'm not sure if they ran out or just don't offer them anymore.

It's ok but no hot sauce??? Really.....it's mexican food. Is it cost cutting?Ohh hard tortillas are not crunchy, almost cardboard like.The more I try the worse it gets, the Churro was stale....
