I wish I took a looked at the reviews before I pay for my application.I paid 220$ for an assessment, after that that, they informed me they will need on average, but not guaranteed, 25 WEEKS to complete it.I was shocked, and I had to pay to another service provider, WES to do it just in 7 days.DO NOT choose ICAS for anything.Customer service was good tho.

No phone numbersNo customer serviceDO NOT USE THEM. Should be shut down.What kind of joke of a company is this? There’s no way to give feedback and no way to speak to someone on the phone to get clarification. Their reps can do whatever they want, reply when they want because there’s no accountability. Use your hard earned money elsewhere!

It took 5 months for my report! Wish I read reviews before I paid all that money and went with someone else. They send you an email that something is missing and then take one month to reply to you and that's with every single correspondence! Nothing was missing though. Go with someone else!

Impossible to reach out to ICAS after you pay for their services. No phone, emails bounced back, link they provided expired. Conclusion: you have to restart a new application and repay and wait forever! Way more frustration than any other services in Canada.

Please use WES if you're in a rush. Get the proper documents together and go to WES. ICAS takes a long time. I received my report from WES within days after submission of all my documents. I'm still waiting after some months for ICAS and I also lost money.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU PAY YOUR FEEI waited so long and paid more then $260 to get my diploma assessed. On their website they have mention it already chose options what you need the reports for. For me it was report for my school after couple months got my diploma assessed. Later I find out from my school that I need all the subjects assessed not just the diploma. So not just I have to go back to these guys and pay again but I have to wait for more time. And I might not end up getting in school next year. ICAS DOES NOT TALK OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE COVID IS STILL ON FOR THEM. The ENTIRE WORLD IS BACK ON THE TRACK BUT THEY CLOSE THE PHONE LINES BECAUSE COVID IS STILL ON I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE BY CHOOSING THESE GUYS PLEASE PLEASE GO AND PICK WES THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND NO HARRASMENT

I do understand the frustration while awaiting for the status update from ICAS but wants to share my experience. I was quite upset initially with the overall process as my status wasn't moving from Additional info required. Communication sent by email"This is the step that everyone needs to understand as they already mentioned the assessment will start once completed documents are received by the office. You need to be proactive and help yourself in completing this process by contacting your institution. Once they receive the required docs

Good luck if you deal with this agency.I haven't even started the assessment process with them and already I've encountered so many difficulties.They will respond to any web based inquiries with asking you more questions and when you answer them, they will ask more questions. Then they will not respond.Then you start the process again, only to have it another couple of times, and you wait for responses, but you get none.I've taken this as a sign, and I will not be proceeding completing the assessment through this agency.

Probably one of the worst, if not the worst assessment organization. They're extremely slow and office staff are extremely unprofessional. The Government of Canada should consider reviewing their status to complete assessments, and possibly consider removing their accreditation status as a legitimate agency. Avoid, avoid, and most importantly, avoid.
