Love the products!But you really need a phone number and follow your posted operation hours. Driving to this far location to pick up order to not have store open is bit ridiculous. No # to call or bell to ring, honked few times and nothing.It's 11:31am Monday and your doors are locked.

I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Btmyyc - the customer service is second to none. The uniqueness of their molds and the best variety of dyes.As long as I'm making bathbombs I'll forever be a customer of theirs!!

These people are amazing and they do great custom work. A lot of precision, lots of detail and they get it. Make sure to plan way ahead of time as custom work requires much patience and time, but so worth it with BTM. Make sure to work with Mary-Ann, she knows everything about everything when it comes to all things molds. Thanks BTM and Mary-Ann for great work.
