I recently purchased a king bedroom suite from this furniture store and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Neeraj who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as he guided me through the different options available. He was able to answer all my questions and help me select the perfect bedroom suite that fit my style and budget. The quality of the furniture is exceptional and the price was very competitive compared to other stores I researched.I highly recommend this furniture store and specifically Neeraj for his outstanding customer service. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this store for any future furniture needs.

I was recommended from a friend to look at couches and recliners at northwest furniture about a month ago so I decided to go check it out and see the owner named Mel. He was so awesome, so friendly and knows his products. I was eager to get fabric but I truly love the leather look as well. I actually thought I would never get leather again but when he showed me several couches he did show me this one and I was truly blown away I knew this would be the perfect match and omg so happy I did. The asking price was not my budget but Mel worked on the numbers and I was astonished on the deal I got with him and the style, Italian leather and quality was top notch along with the service. I just had to get the couch and recliner as they both recline and automatic push button neck adjustment and USB ports on all. I loved it I was so happy with Mel and his staff that delivered the two items on the same day !!!!! Where do you get that service ??????? They were absolutely amazing. I am so happy to have met Mel and even brought a friend of mine with me as she is Shopping for couches for her parents. For those of you looking to buy furniture do NOT bother with Leon’s or the brick or any other Mickey Mouse place go see Mel at Northwest and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. . Very grateful for my friend to recommend northwest to me. Absolutely will be recommending to all my friends and family. Garry gave my fiancé and I excellent customer service from his knowledge at the show room to co ordinating delivery ( which I had to move up a week). The delivery team was quick efficient and set everything up perfectly as well took all cardboard /garbage with them. We will be returning.

So I went in today looking at a sofa bed, or 3. Garry gave me his honest opinion of the products they had. I work in the industry and can confirm his opinions were valid. Gave me a better price, so if delivery is as good I’ve got nothing bad to say.
