If you're thinking of going to any New Country location, highly suggest you go the the Langley Bypass location and make sure you ask for Jag to assist you. I purchased an LG washer/dryer machine on the weekend. Jag was attentive from the first interaction through post delivery. He was openly informative on every appliance, carefully listened to all my questions and concerns, and guided me to select a model that was most suitable for my needs. Next day delivery was arranged, delivery team was great. Jag even called twice on the day of delivery to make sure that everything went well.

New Country Appliances prices are the same or better than their competitors, but what sets them apart is their service, which went above and beyond any expectation I had. They truly care about the customer. And their care didn’t end once the sale was made.I couldn’t recommend New Country Appliances more highly. My washer/dryer died and I did a lower mainland-wide search for a good price on a new unit and found the best deal at New Country Appliances. I dealt with Vansh and he was really accommodating with my requests for purchase, instal and removal of my old appliance. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to get a replacement refrigerator on short notice with very specific size requirements. Salesperson Rupinder quickly found a great solution for us. He had excellent product knowledge and I appreciated his honesty about the various options we had. Customer service was excellent starting from my initial interaction with Rupinder, through the billing process and, ultimately, the delivery.

I purchased a stove on March 02nd, however I have had two failure of actuator switch.In both cases, this store did honour the warranty, however it took a lot of calls to get the warranty service.While they sell scratched, dented and LG repaied applianced, but the sales are final, so if you end up with the failed product like I did you will have no recourse.While I reckon that product failure is not the fault of the store as they are not the manufacturer.But If you are buying for personal use, I would suggest that you purchase additional warranty for your product.First picture is of an issue that happen one week after I purchased the stove. and the second picture is of the problem that just got fixed today.

Very disappointed by the owner ego and selfishness, gladly this time, I realized to stay away at the time of purchase she was super rude imagine if you ask for warranties service what how they would be, since 3 years was dealt no more, and soon someday with such behaviour this business will go away and then they will realize, their behaviour and ego selfishness. Buy garbage appliances but don’t go here stay away mind your business stay back.
