Oak Bay Bicycles perfectly catered and facilitated my advanced mountain bike ride in the Victoria Area. They picked me up at hotel, gave me a great ride within my time window, and returned me to hotel with no issues.

I can't say enough positives about the EBike rental experience at OBB. From their central location , to the reservation process , the excellent service provided by Matt and Kyler. Matt inboarded the reservation the day before.Everything was ready by the next morning at 9am. Kyler loaded us up with helmets and instructions and away we went.The pedal assist EBikes ran flawlessly with more than enough juice" to last an entire 7 hour's day worth of Victoria biking.They can set you up with maps as well.All in all

The mountain bike rental and shuttle out to Hartland was great. Super convenient pickup and drop-off downtown, terrific communication, great advice on what trails to ride, and even some advice on the best places to eat after.

We rented bikes for the day from here, the service is excellent, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable bikes and pick from our hotel was offered. We highly recommend this company and will use them again when we hopefully return to Vancouver Island next year!
