Velocity did a very good repair work on my Tesla. They replaced it with the original tesla front bumper, painted and assembled. I'm very happy with their work and service.

Excellent service and communication. Nelson was very helpful, velocity communicated with my insurance very well and being able to check on the progress online and occasional photos added to it definitely helps.

Velocity fixed a scratch in my bumper and quarter panel. I picked them as they were a Tesla approved body shop. The status emails and photos are a great service they provide to their customers. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. I did have to go back as I found some issues that occurred during the fix (compound specks, tape marks and dust in paint). But they worked very hard at fixing the problems. I respect that they stand by their work that much. I would recommend them and use them again.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of a couple of hiccups in my experience.. There was one young tall lady at the front desk who was not a pleasure to deal with. I'm not 100% sure of her name.Also, I would prefer it if they would call me with updates, rather than emails that were lost in my inbox for a couple of days. This stretched out the process longer than it needed to be,That being said, Nelson was the mechanic servicing my vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgable and communicative. He made a long painful process easier to bare. He even went the extra mile of helping me with picking up my vehicle, by having it delivered to my house! I am very happy with him and I have to say that pretty much everyone else I dealt with was organized and had a super upbeat positive approach. I would recommend this shop, especially if you own a Tesla!

An overall positive customer experience- from the time the vehicle gets handed over until delivery. The icing on the cake is as a customer you’re kept in the loop on all repairs through a link which is updated frequently. I used this workshop as it was the one that was recommended by Tesla.

I was quoted almost $4000 to fix the dents on my door. That’s almost half of what my car was worth.I found a shop that quoted me 650 to repair, 1000 to replace the panel, and 1800 to replace the whole freaking door.What I’m saying is make sure you shop around. The shop I went to did a fantastic job like nothing ever happened. I’m sure this shop does a great job based on their other reviews but who can afford this place without going through insurance.

when taking delivery of my model s plaid from Tesla, it had some blemishes underneath the front bumper. Nelson personally picked up the car from Tesla & repaired the work. On the first attempt the bumper didn't come out to his standards so, he went above any beyond and re-sprayed the front bumper entirely instead of the effected part under the bumper. Upon completion of the work, which by the way, he kept me updated step by step on their automated website, Nelson contacted me to pickup the vehicle. Nelson and team did everything in their power to make sure I was happy with the end result and always* treated me over the phone and in person with a high standard of respect and professionalism and I appreciate that. I drove my second car there and when they could, they personally drove my it back to my house at their convenience, which was very much appreciated, as it saves me and another person I would've been obligated to travel there with time and hassle. Velocity team member Rasched Hakeem personally delivered my second car to my house, and he too saw to making sure my new vehicle was perfect. He spoke to me in person and I also saw him working on the front bumper to bring the car back to high standard. Genuinely, Nelson, Rasched, and all the other team members who's names I did not note went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with the car. So thank you to them, I do recommend this shop, and I believe they will treat you with the same respect and give you the same service which I received as their first-time customer. 10/10

Brought my van in for a fairly large repair from an accident and was so impressed with how quickly (within an hour) they had everything set up through insurance and my rental car. They keep you updated online which is a huge plus and they did an amazing job, I could not be more happy with how everything turned out and how quickly it was done. Barry and his staff were beyond friendly and I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again!
